I can't wait to visit Equatorial Guinea! Coincidentally a guy on a dating site asked me- less than two weeks ago- if I'm from Equatorial Guinea. I said "yes" because I wasn't feeling him and thought the country he picked was very random! 🤣
Absolutely incredible guests as always, where do you find these amazing people 😊 the Haricot looks amazing. I also never met anyone from Equatorial Guinea, what a fascinating story.
Guys I hope you enjoyed this video, I want to give a huge thank you to Marisol and Dorcas for honouring my kitchen with their incredible kindness, energy and delicious recipe. Part 2 coming soon!! Please subscribe and check out my channel for more vegan food from Africa and all around the world.
I love when you have "guest stars," and these are lovely and their food looks nourishing and delicious. I knew about their country, but never knew that Spanish is their lingua franca, so to speak. Some of the positive vestiges of earlier colonialism are beautiful foods, so thanks to the ladies for these recipes, and thanks to you for posting 🙂
