Please use a bakingsheet under the foil. Many people don't know that when aluminum foil gets hot, it leaves micro particles of aluminum on your food. Use a good bakingsheet in between and you are good to go 😊

I've made this recipe before, never used sugar before. Sugar feeds cancer, why are you adding sugar? SO bad for us.
Please be quiet. I’m sure YOU eat and drink plenty of foods with added sugar or other harmful chemicals. The sugar is there balance out the bitterness of the tomato sauce. Anyone who knows how to cook would know that. Also, if you don’t like the recipe do not use it.

Wa alaykom alsalam sweetie. I honestly have only made lasagna with store bought ricotta cheese and homemade ricotta cheese. I can’t think of anything else that resembles it. Maybe google search for substitute. Hope you find something else that you like 🤗🥰♥️♥️♥️
