This is scary but in this case I believe that most people will recognize that this is not a proper way to do it. In my experience most of influencers and people on YT in general are novices sharing their experiences and not professionals in their field/niche but most people don't recognize it. The scariest thing is that every single one of us is novice at something and when watching various videos we are not aware of potential risk that might come from following steps of the creator.
Removal of the dislike button also worsens the situation. In the past people would see the huge amount of dislikes and knew something was wrong but now it is impossible.
Doing what you are doing is more important now than ever.

Radek, thank you for your support. I really appreciate it. Unfortunately I disagree with you about most people understanding this process is incorrect. I'm messaged daily on best practices with all CNC electronics as I'm a vendor, and these type of videos are all over the web defining the lack of overall knowledge portrayed by people wanting to get involved in the genre, or trying to save money which puts everyone around them in danger. RUclips dislikes were never designed to designate a video with poor knowledge, and you can see that from other videos on my channel titled "spot the not" of other poor builds. Hopefully this video convinces at least one person to ask before getting involved in an area that can literally kill them. Thank you,
      Vince

Darwin’s law, survival of the fittest. I know you didn’t post this as a comedic video Vince, but I was both rolling on the floor and aghast at this guy. I guess common sense isn’t common anymore.

Fierceflyer55, Thank you for your support. Yes this is certainly no joke, and what's more scary is he was directing people to tutorial websites where he presented this. Thank you,
      Vince

Isn't there 4 pins on the spindle? 3 power and 1 ground
If it's the same as mine , he now has a loose ground wire floating around inside the spindle

Hey John, He actually connected his ground outside the plug which once again makes no sense. If you look at the end of the video you'll see two grounds allocated to the top of the spindle with with multiple ring connectors. 😱 Thank you,
      Vince
