Goods purchased by local committee from Flipkart. No quotation or certificate submitted. Flipkart is not a direct seller. It acts like a platform where various sellers registered. Here agency can't get any quotation or talk to seller. How will you explain this case?

It is the decision of LPC.I told that if committee prefers to purchase product through online after compare with the quotations of agencies then it is possible but the committee written in the certificate,in regarding to the purchase of product through online.

Upto 2.5lakh can purchase by Local Purchase Committee.If the committee detect that the price,quality and other specifications of the commodity is better one in online shops in comparision to the market price then it can be purchased and certificate sign by the committee.
