This takes me back!!!! I served my time as a sparks (full Indentures & City & Guilds) from 1966 to 1971 in Letchworth. This guys is about 5 years my senior, I came off the tools many years ago, his work experience sounds spot on to mine. This is great to see, I'm 74 now and looking back on this is very moving to me. All the "old guys" I was apprentice to are mostly gone. Thanks for this and well done mate. Old git in Letchworth.
Inspiring. Reminds me of my Dad too. He had a box full of hand made tools, such as a engineers square - precision stuff too ! Not like the cheap stuff we get today. Would love a van tour of his also. Bet you its a treasure trove.
Just come across this video, wonder if he is still going? My old man is still a working spark at 74 and been self employed most of his life. Nearly caught him up!
Keep working it will keep you healthy. Brilliant Gaz well done to efixx the variety of material you are putting out is amazing.
Great to see Clive on site... what an amazing story thanks eFIXX
Deep deep respect for this man Clive O'Dell. I wish he talked us through some older tools.
We’ll try to go back post CV19 and get a look around his workshop
That's awesome well done to the man, he obviously still enjoys this line of work and to many more years to come.

What a nice guy who’s not afraid of putting in a bit of hard graft , he would put a few of the younger generation to shame with his enthusiasm....👍
