The green chili in vinegar which normally goes hand in hand with eating Wonton noddles is like HK people adding vinegar to the wonton noodle. The vinegar neutralise the alkaline in the noodle. The principle is the same. Just that Malaysian people loves their chili with their food - hence chili with vinegar especially with wonton noodles
Yes that’s what my dad told me (vinegar neutralise 雲吞面的鹼水）。My grandparents came to Malaysia from Guangzhou 花縣 before World War II. My grandma was selling wonton mee in Malaysia in 1950s before. She was living in Malaysia (Ipoh) over 60 years and never spoke Malay/English/Mandarin! The only Malay words she knew was 吃飯 is makan nasi 😂

Do note that although majority hotels restaurants are halal, there are still some do have non halal chinese restaurants within the hotel premises. HongKong people will find that the Msian dimsum is very different to those back home in HK. HK dimsum has developed towards fine dining concept while Msian Chinese dimsum is still very much in the style of those eaten by early settlers
We dump all the food into the hot pot because we don't want to waste time cooking piece by piece. Tummy can't wait. Hungty. This is normally done when you are eating with your family members or with very close friends. When you are hungry, you normally cook a batch of food to eat. I know it is impolite but who cares as long as I enjoy my food and fills my tummy in the shortest of time. Haha. 重要是吃的开心。

马来西亚的M记还是KFC如果没给到你番茄酱你可以和他拿的..因为普遍上在这些地方工作的员工都是马来人,他们都爱甜辣的辣椒酱..我去过30个国家旅行出差,也去过大部分的M记.欧洲好多国家吃M记,一小包番茄酱要付0.30-0.50欧元.瑞士0.70瑞士法郎.有些欧洲国家没点餐要借用厕所要付1欧元哈哈.欧洲部分M记有heneiken选择,不过要加钱.一些除了薯条,还可以选potato wedges or salad.美国M记好多流浪汉在周围,任何饮料任何size,1美金.加拿大,非洲,中东国家,印度洋岛屿国家的M记我也吃过.哈哈

迟咗一整年至睇到依一集，每个point都令我会心一笑，大马华人和居马港人确实系好多生活细致位有好多分别。
二十年前，我系南马柔佛峇都巴辖念书时，曾吃过配搭辣椒酱和辣椒油嘅云吞面，店面完全冇青辣椒供应。

其实如果是五星酒店的中餐厅，它的点心也不错的，它会用很多的海鲜作点心的。的确有一间卖叶子媚大包的店，在蕉赖。这个包是特大的。

生活愉快
吸管、飲管，英語叫 straw，直譯為水草。早期人類皆使用水草等麥稈天然產物為吸管。所以大馬與新加坡華人稱之為 水草 並沒什麼不妥。
只能说，港台陆的人并不懂任何语言都有其地方性的俚语（slang)而使语言更加生动活泼。吸管听起来其实是太过呆板缺少生动性。 听这些外人感觉到水草这个名词很奇怪，只能说他们是比较井底。

我家鄉的雲吞麵是魯汁的，因為從小吃到大就以為雲吞麵就應該是這樣的，第一次到離家 7km 的另一個小鎮吃到乾撈雲吞麵，那時很懷疑這是雲吞麵嗎？後來去過許多不同的地方吃到的都是乾撈雲吞麵，我才知道我家鄉的雲吞麵原來是這麼特別的。

水草不是我们大马人发明的叫法，水草其实是英文来的，英文里有两个解释一个是水草另一个解释是吸管。
