Saigon, Vietnam* District 4 Walking -- rain was imminent!!

Walking on a cloudy afternoon to see what the local folks were doing on a what seems to be a lazy afternoon.
The streets in District 4 are filled with restaurants and coffee shops. My rental was in a great location for everything. And the cost of food and lodging in this district are superb compared to the tourist central, District 1 ( Ben Thanh Market and its surroundings).
Just a side note, even I travel out of Saigon (HCMC) every so often, I find myself to come back here--for the best and tastiest food-- D 4. (my opinion, of course!).
By the time I reached my apartment, it started to rain heavily....
