Because from the graph it's clear the ED 50 must be in the middle of (between the concentration of drug 0.000001 and 0.000003

I understand your comment, but the ED 50 is correct. It is 1.6 x 10-6 = 0.0000016, which is between the specified range. I hope this helps.
