I am flying a few legs on Delta CRJ-900/700 first class very soon. Is there storage under the seat or do you need to use the overhead bins?

Headed to JAX from JFK in a couple of weeks at night, for the late flight. Departing around 930 pm and I'll be in first class. Do they still serve food/snacks/drinks that late? I've never taken a late domestic first class flight. Figured I would ask to see if you know. Great video btw!
