The reason why people dump garbage like that is because it’s really expensive to take garbage to a garbage dump, and many people simply can’t afford to do that. If it was free to dump garbage at designated dumps then this wouldn’t be as big of a problem as it is now.
There is also the problem that in some of these cases the people that actually dump the garbage and the people that throw it away are not the same people. There have been cases where people might not be able to afford to dump garbage at the regular dump so they call a third party, usually they change way less too get rid of the garbage. But instead of taking it to the dump they just dump it in random locations. In this case it isn’t the original person’s Fault because they are never actually told the real location of where there trash is dumped. Instead they are told it will be taken to the local dump.
It’s free in the US. Well, nothing is free - we all pay for it with our taxes but there’s no additional fee.

That doesn't tell you bacteria you can literally swap that on a dumpster that pair to anything and the dumpster won't be as dirty as most stuff would be you can swap that in a toilet

That woman with the restaurant should be glad and accepting of the inspectors seriousness. Her sensitivities don't belong in the kitchen where she will be liable should someone get sick, and possibly die. Will she tell the court that they're being rude when she is fighting a wrongful death suit? Good god, man... knock it off.
Life Hack, (plumber's trick) if you get a blocked toilet and don't have a plunger handy, I completely unblocked my toilet yesterday using 1 cup of bicarbonate of soda, wait a few minutes and follow it up with 2 cups vinegar. Leave it to sit for approx 20-30 mns then flush. Miraculous. I also used some dishwashing liquid and a kettle of hot water during the process but either way, toilet was quickly back in operation. Thank me later.

It depends what caused the blockage to start with so it's not a miracle medicine. But it's a goof start if nothing else is available for the moment. :)
I have used this method twice; it's only worked once... Though to be fair, the time it didn't work, the plumber admitted the blockage was further down in the pipe than the hot water, soap, and other things could reach, and it was a thick blockage
To clean the toilet bowl get a 28oz (+/-) spray bottle fill with 1 cup bleach 1/4 cup dawn and the rest water. Shake. Clean bowl 2x week. Prevents blockages from happening. In 15 yrs. I've never had a clogged toilet. Good to clean the sink bowl as well. No clogs no germs.
I've seen a lot of these shows where "fly tipping" happens. Is it that expensive to take garbage to the cities dump in England that people have no choice but to just leave it somewhere? With all the workers they pay to clean it up, you'd think it would be free to drop off your garbage to save the town from hiring all those people.

My guess is it was in poor condition when they started out there, and they just went in and started the business. Without cleaning it first.
A lot of the filth there has clearly taken years to build up, not the 10 months they were there.

I love that term fly tippers. We’ve got a lot of fly tippers in my neighborhood. I live near a wooded path. And people dump all kinds of crap there including use needles and condoms
That landlord has a lot to say about the state of the appartment when he has carpet in the communal areas. Carpet, really? How are you going to clean that?
Well, obvs with a small broom, as hey, who needs an industrial vacuum cleaner to keep the carpet at least as clean as is possible anyway?

Fly tippers = male Travellers. Sorry, but I witnessed it three separate evenings (nights) and followed the trucks back to their not-related caravans. They acted like it was a grand idea as I spied on them.
