I think this deserves an update. I feel 10% more like a different person, randomly just woke up and it's different. Less anxiety, depression went down, I'm happier. I decided to listen to a Quad flush bc i wanted to get rid of some old undesired stuff and start fresh and truly dedicate my self to this sub. Ive been consistently listening to Hankami and Slayer Skull since October 15th and ive noticed vast improvements in my facial structure and social skills. I can test these results in real time as i work at a bar/club.

Got hammered last night, left hankami on repeat when I went out, till 12 pm when I woke up.

I think this deserves an update. I feel 10% more like a different person, randomly just woke up and it's different. Less anxiety, depression went down, I'm happier. Have loads of energy even though I slept like 4 hours and got hammered again. I'm at work now and feel great. Weird. Also, when I went out yesterday, people were into me, so attraction definitely works. Kissed my housemate, and she just went with it. We're not going to be together, but the night out was awesome. I feel so light right now. Will continue updating in this thread once in a while.

For a lot of you these changes/ improvements might be nothing, but these changes are huge to me.
I am slowly Making progress in life, some days are very good, some days are bad..... and some days I fuck up. But all in all there is improvement.

What a great day to be alive
So my body and face is already changing, people look at me more and the muscle growth and body structure change is insane. My mind is clearer and I feel and know things and process way faster. Women are definitely attracted but the ones not for me are intimidated. Dreams have been intense, also I feel alignments with the sun and just feel more in tune with things, I probably listen less than a hour a day but will increase that. This is the best "sub"(much more than a sub) ive ever listened to. On the first night i literally felt my self "shifting" and having a timeline change.
