I think this deserves an update. I feel 10% more like a different person, randomly just woke up and it's different. Less anxiety, depression went down, I'm happier. Some updates:

This is the best "sub"(much more than a sub) ive ever listened to. On the first night i literally felt my self "shifting" and having a timeline change. 5.I am a lot more sensible. (I don't know how to express it in words)
6. My life is thoroughly fucked (as you would have guessed by now) and this used to make me panic and avoid my life and responsibilities, but no I am much more calm, and try to face my life.
For a lot of you these changes/ improvements might be nothing, but these changes are huge to me.
I am slowly Making progress in life, some days are very good, some days are bad..... and some days I fuck up. But all in all there is improvement.
