I feel listening to this while doing your spiritual practice increases the effect of the frequency recording, making it easier to reach desired state of healing. So I will tell you. I've had many profound spiritual experiences using this and other pure frequencies along with my practises. Using this particular frequency, I had some kind of small death, this light came before me and said 'Leo let's go'. I just looked in amazement. Since then it's like something is guiding me in my life, I've been predicting my/others life/global events. and past life knowledge retention. It's like I have been connected to my true love (god), it's always there in its formless form at the top of my skull watching over/out for me. It’s good to have honest reviews. When I go to look to see if something works, honest reviews are what I look for. That is their experience.
I've always been able to perceive light around anything I focus on, especially my fingers, the light from my finger tips just want to intersect. Also my hearing has been way more sensitive lately, I can always hear frequencies when ever I hear someone talk or listen to a video, it just rings in my ear.

Not tinnitus, that occurs without external stimuli. I usually hear it at odd times, but mostly when someones talking or I'm listening to something. Its not like it's an unbarable sound.

Further you can induce certain brain waves. For example beta which is dominant during wakefulness, if diminished is associated with depression .Stimulating these waves can reduce or improve ones mental outlook.
Stimulating theta which is associated with meditative states helps to process affirmations subliminally. .just awesome!

I'm not sure, I haven't researched it enough to give you an answer.
it depends on whether the person has a hearing impairment due to sesorineural issues (the connection from the ear to the brain isn't working for a variety of reasons) or if the person is having issues in the inner ear. If it is not a sensorineural loss, the beats should still vibrate the inner ear and have a bilateral effect. A person with a sensorineural hearing loss who has a cochlear implant would also be able to be effected.

Rita R Binaural beats are just how they are made. It's the "bouncing effect" the sound makes. Different frequencies are said to do different things. Binaurals are made with your base frequency (528hz in this video) and a slightly different frequency to make the humming sound you hear
