I have a 2020 Softail Standard. I had to use a large and a small spacer due to the narrow rear fender of the FXST. The lid wasn't closing with my sundowner seat. Looks and works fantastic.
I installed mine but left my original ones on along with the ones that come with the viking bags. they work just fine. They don’t feel flimsy or anything like that
@@JSpivey91I had to add a washer to the rear bolt to give it a little more wiggle room so it would lock on. This was on the kickstand side of bike. Other side was no issue. Had to put back post on and then push towards front of bike and down at same time to get it to latch. It’s a pain in the ass man
Beware of these bags. Quick attach/detach they are definitely not! If your lucky enough to get them locked on to the docking posts you’ll never want to go through that again. Still can’t get mine to lock
@@DannyRocksteady How can you loosen it if it's stuck? Mine are also stuck to saddle bag. The internal lock is in a far up position (not locked) and it won't go down or move at all. Seems jammed. Brand new bags, haven't even put them on yet.

I like them. I'm going to get these for 2019 Fat Bob. I've already changed the exhaust to a two into one S&S.
Did you get these? If so did they fit? I have a 2018 Fat Bob and looking to get these if so.
@@trevor_leonardthey fit but they are a pain in the ass to get to latch on like the most recent comment said
@@trevor_leonardI have a 23 fat bob
Know if these can be mounted along side the HD quick detach hardware so you can run a sissy bar etc with them?
I will try and post result
Any update on this? Just got these bags and have an OEM Harley Sissy bar for my 2022 street Bob

@anthonyzasio1998 have you tried yet? Some pics would be great.Thanks.
Yes they work fine. I had trouble with my mounting bracket so just hard mounted the bags
That’s a cute lil vest 💁♀️😂
Streetbobpapi needs these 🤘
Can you still have these bags if you have the harley davidson quick detach backseat rest on the softtail?
I’m wondering the same thing
@zacharyrutledge9751 Can confirm. Yes you can.
@@Joseph-wh5ofcan I get some pointers on install? Did you have to use wider spacers?
I bought these bags but the keys are not working. It won’t turn to lock? Did they mess up or am I doing it wrong?
Small, medium, large, or extra large size, shown?
What size are these?
Man I hope they will fit a 2005 harley davidson fatboy
Can you go to detail how you installed these? I’m having trouble with mine.
There really isn't much more detail to go into, it's just a matter of installing the posts.
Mine won’t lock on to the posts. The inner latch won’t close all the way on either side

do you have to drill some holes in the bags?
Nope, the QD system is pre-installed. Install the docking hubs and you’re good to go!

Great video, though, it would have been useful to open one side up and slip a half gallon of milk or other item into it for size demonstration. ❤
Can you run a sissy bar with these bags?
Does Their fit an softail night train 2009 ??
Any problems mounting them? I can’t get my quick release to latch unless I loosen up the fender bolts until they’re super wiggly.
Did you troubleshoot the installation of this? I’m having problems on lock the bags into place onto the docking port
@@hourofpancitjones3178I had to keep moving the them around for a couple hours until I finally was able to get the right alignment
Same with me. Any solotions ? Can not get one bag to lock on .
I had to keep moving them back and forth until I could force the latch down with a crescent wrench.
Yeah I can't lock mine either
The docking posts are stuck to the saddle bag. How do I get them off to thread bolts into the docking post?
You may have to loosen one of the posts just a little bit to give it a little play.

They’d be cool if they said Harley on the side and not Viking.
Gotta pay an extra 400 for that.
