I literally was jamming like you to it, then seen your live reaction video and got emotion knowing that someone else out there got the same reaction. F Cancer.
I remember reading into cancer during my college years after I lost my brother to it and I think cancer actually can be beaten or "cured" (more of a treatment that eliminates it), but it requires nano-robotics that we dont have access to yet that can individually attack the cancerous cells that keep trying to divide and destroy their telomerase and the parts of the cell that cancer hijacks to keep producing massive amounts of it. Thats why radiation is considered a treatment for cancer, because it outright kills the cells, but also hurts the healthy cells of the person who is recieving the treatment and potentially causing cancer in other places because of it. But I am almost 100% confident that if we could get efficient and effective nanorobotics that we could target the cancerous cells and destroy what makes them biologically immortal and what makes them reproduce at such a rapid pace that it causes harm or death to the patients. Its entirely possible we could even turn cancer into something that allows humans to become biologically immortal if we could harness the power that those cancerous cells possess and use it for our own health instead of our detriment.
My Wife's grandmother, grandfather, stepmom, and father have all had/have some form of cancer. Not going to lie. Me, a 6'6'' 250 pound man, is bawling.
Saw that on Facebook, and he was right, man im not a big guy 120lbs, 27 years old. I watched my sister fight it for 4 years, it hurt everyday. She is now 25, 6 years in remission. And even tho she beat it. Im still crying like a baby, even typing this now.
This song really hits home with me. My Aunt passed away from breast cancer. My Grandpa passed away from a form of spider cancer. My mom survived breast cancer with going through chemotherapy. RIP Aunt Birty and Grandpa Hash. Thank you GOD for helping my mom fight through this terrible disease.
7 1/2 yr lung cancer survivor here. Dude, I cried. When I was diagnosed--you would be surprised how many of my "friends" disappeared--just when I needed friends most! NEVER EVER abandon us--we need you! My Daddy died of the same lung cancer I was diagnosed with. I am also a nurse. The more my Daddy needed me to be a nurse, the more the little girl in me came out because I kew my Daddy was dying and I couldn't help. I consider myself a chemotherapy survivor...first treatment almost killed me--don't remember the 1st 3 days in the hospital. Never listen to the time table they give you. They gave me 5 yrs, I beat those odds so far. The chemo and other treatments are outrageous. My hubby and I had to file for bankruptcy--now, it's all I can do to keep my home and get food! The part when mom climbs in bed with the daughter killed me. When my Daddy was dying, I curled up behind him and held him til he breathed his last breath,
Another beautiful song by Tom, this hits home for alot I lost my grandfather to cancer and my girlfriend lost her grandmother to breast cancer. This is the best song he has ever made yet
Be patient . I really don't like here either Micado . All this is preparation for that time. Everything has to be just right when he does . We need as many to go with him as possible. Whatever time is left is time to plant another seed .. cheers
to all who are suffering from cancer keeep fighting may the godess bring ya healing and peace.also lets all make this go to number one on all charts.this is in my book the most important video tom has made.
all your words are full of truth. my moment came five years back, Diagnosed with a nervous system condition that i feared more then even death. i grew up watching my mother deal with it. it is not terminal but each and every day is filled with pain. each and everyday is a fight to beat past the pain and darkness. a struggle to burn brighter and harder then what my nervous system throws at me. this song helps to fight, it was put on my focus past the pain playlist that i listen through once a day at least.
This does indeed hit home. My mother is a cancer survivor had me scared as hell with the thought to lose my mother I already lost my father in 05 to a stroke. I'm glad she is still here but it took its toll. Thank for playing this much love bro. God is good
Tom dropped this song on the 4 year anniversary of the death of my father-in-law. He lost his battle with stage 4 colorectal cancer. I also lost my grandmother 22 years ago from ovarian cancer. My husband was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia when he was 2 years old. He relapsed when he was 8, but he's been in remission since. But he has to see his cancer doctor every six months to make sure that he is still in remission. He turned 44 this year.
Thank you for this Tom ... underneath the sad truth there is a inspiring anthem... Prayers and love for anyone fighting the fight and for those who love them 🙏❤️ another great reaction BTW
This hits home HARD! my dad and mom both survived cancer but it took my grandmother. And my grandfather and uncle are currently going through the struggle. I needed this...
My wife was just diagnosed with breast cancer. I found this song and sent it to my wife. Everytime before we start her treatment, we listen to this song!!
Thx D,nursed my dad for 3 months while he was dying from Cancer and it definitely made me realize that we have to live life to it’s fullest and never give up.
Gibby this song hits hard for even the ones of us that haven't had/got cancer but that have been through hell health wise. Me personally I have had my parents/better half told that my life was on the line on more than one time. One of them they were told if a surgery didn't work witch the surgeons didn't think was going to there was nothing else they could do another time I had a ruptured bowel and it wasn't found for 6 hours when you are "meant" to die from that after 3 hours. So I understand what he means by you don't know how strong you are till your down
The past 8 years of my life I've been emotionless, broken, hurt.. watched my sister die of leukemia when I was 4, watched my parents cry in the hall when I was 6 cause I want expected to live through it either, watched my best friends die from crashes, watched my life crumble in a matter of weeks. But this song... not even 2 minutes in.. touched something I haven't felt in a long time. I respected Tom before, but I feel I gotta shake his hand now. The cancer drug industry is real, close 3k for one days treatment...
Cause of the radiation, I've now got a failing heart, a failing thyroid, growth stunt, body disfigures, missing 20% of one lung for that "research",... I'm only 27. Pretty bad escoliosis. Weak joints Weak bones Weak ligaments Had to do a year of therapy to learn to walk again. There needs to be a way to force them to release the cure. There's no way they haven't got it.
That's a perfect reaction to this song my guy! It hits so hard to home! Found you from your people so stupid reaction your an awesome human being bro! Greetings from Germany!
About a year ago my mom was told she had bone marrow cancer its slowly spreading she told me she'd never do treatment she wants to live her life till God takes her home. The past couple months I'm seeing it affect her more she's becoming weaker and weaker and I can't do anything but be there for her and enjoy every moment I have left with her it hurts so badly knowing that eventually I'm gonna wake up an she may not be here I don't wanna think that way but my mom is my world and the thought that crosses my mind every day I break down I hate cancer so much man 😥
D-Gibby thank you for this video and your insights on this crazy horriable thing we call cancer. I lost my mom in 2019 to cancer and its not easy!! Thanks bud I love your videos keep it up!!
Great reaction to a powerful song. The hook is beautiful and just gets prettier every time I hear it. Tom knows how to reach into our heart and give it a squeeze. A great communicator and a great artist. HOG4EVER 🤘🤘🤘
I love this reaction video. I know I'm late, I usually am, I get to things when I get to them. But your reaction was very inspiring, not because I have cancer (As Tom suggests in his video I know someone who did, but I don't suffer from it myself.) I appreciate this reaction because I have Epilepsy, you can treat Epilepsy to try to help it, but there isn't a cure, there's nothing to just stop it. Every time you have a seizure, that seizure could kill you. It could hit your brain wrong, you could die because of the way you fall, when you fall, how long you go without breathing. I am very lucky, I have resources that help a TON. But, you have to remember to let the good things out and stop letting the demons eat you alive inside, because anyone, everyone, you don't know when you're taking that last ride. Much love, my man, keep up the wonderful work.
Haven’t followed you for a minute since you were gettin pretty far out there. This was good though Gib. You put it out there and gave a truthful reaction and seem to have reigned it back in to square. Proud of you fam.
I've been looking at this since the 90's... my grandmother passed from pancreatic cancer. @ WATCH & LEARN what Tom was singing about. A WORLD WITHOUT CANCER RUclips
Feel ya, my sister passed 4 years ago from brain cancer. Thankfully GOD blessed her with a short term from diagnosis to passing. Not much physical suffering but emotionally she was drained and hurt. RIP Diane....forever in our hearts 💗
RIP. to grandma. 🙏🌹🙏. #fcancer I having autoimmune illnessess for 29 yrs. Treatment for them is rituxan infusion at cancer center. Every 4 months until. To Everyone going thru it. You are Warriors! Love you!
This hit home for me cried all the way through it because I have been in remission from leukemia for 6 years and found out a month ago it is back. I dont want to go through these treatments chemo, blood transfusions and platelet transfusions. I have to find a donor to match with for bone marrow transplant
You got this!! Keep fighting!! My son is a survivor. He was diagnosed with Leukemia at age 15..he will be 35 next month and has 5 beautiful children!! Praying for you.
The problem with cancer is there are hundreds of different types maybe even thousands, what cures one will not care another. They have a vaccine against a certain type of cervical cancer and several types of cancer have a high treatment success rate. 70 years ago the death rate for cancer was 100% today it is 50%
My mawmaws had cancer 4 times before it took her. She beat it 3 times. The only time she let it take her was the 4th time but it was after my pawpaw died. She was ready to join him. They were 10 years apart in age and my pawpaw died on Jan. 10 2019 and she died Nov. 10 2019. 10 months apart, each died on the 10. Gods plan
Hit me as well bro. Mom was diagnosed with lymphoma three months ago. Then three weeks ago today she went for her forst radiation treatment two weeks ago at her radiation checkup she contracted covid now she is dead. Life is fucked up
There has been a cure for cancer since 86 but the money that comes from people having it is to much for the government to start helping people its a sad truth but its true

The scene where the parent is comforting the child is absolutely heartbreaking.
Did me in good bro... I love all of you and I don’t even know any of you.

I'm fighting stage 4 colon cancer. This song is my new fight song.
This song hits home I've lost so many family members to cancer
Toms so good. I don’t mean good at rap, that’s a given. He’s just good
"Death is not extinguishing of the light, but putting out the lamp because the dawn has come."
That's so profound. A great way of looking at it.
@The Curious Mind beautifully spoken

I'm sorry for your loss. If God isn't real than who/what created everything? Did it just randomly appear out of coincidence...
Your sicknesses are big business.
