Amy. I am SO GRATEFUL today. I want to say: "Thank you, Amy. Because today, the very same day that I decided to make a HUGE move in my life, take the next step to the life I want and the life I want for my neece (sorry for my english, I'm Argentinian. Thank you Amy and Congratulations because I have been folowing you for years. You helped in my life in so many ways. But THIS VIDEO IS YOUR BEST VIDEO, is your best self. You know you have to go after the life you want. Kisses to the ones that you love. Cintia Daëns Iratçabal from Chaco, North of Argentina.
I have been following your channel for years and years. I first started when I left my regular job and started my own business. I don't comment very often, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you. I am so happy for your wonderful life with a beautiful child, a wonderful husband, and a thriving business. I hope you reach your goal of a million subscribers, and I thank you in advance for all I will continue to learn from you.
YES!!! Finally, someone who speaks truth. I can be effective and do things that others say NOT to do. But then other days I love starting my days differently, and that works great too! It also just depends on what I have going on in my life at the moment. I might want to start out with something different to meet my needs in those moments.
Hi Amy, Good advice! It took a while, but I have developed a retirement morning routine that I have been following for a few months now, and it is working well for me. I would say that it may take some trial and error, but eventually one will find a routine that suits their personality/metabolism/obligations/whatever!
@@debihardwick2519 Hi Debi, When I was working I got up at 5 AM.😕 In retirement I get up at 8 AM, take my allergy meds, make a cup of coffee and drink it while checking email and Facebook. Then, a brief exercise routine, shower, and then breakfast. I will modify my routine if I have an early appointment, but otherwise I try to stick to it.
Wow, this is the best video. Thank you. Finally someone realistic. You keep seeing influencers sharing what sounds like the best morning routine. Subconsciously it always makes me feel depress because I can never follow any out there since I have 2 kids and it takes couple hours in the am before I can be selfish and think and do things for me. Thank you ❤️
Thank you so much for this conversation. I needed this reminder that my morning should be for myself and how I need to show up to become what I can be.
@@AmyTV Thank you Amy! You have been such a great motivator for me to really prioritize myself and try to get going these past few years. Though I slip off course I jump back whenever I can. I appreciate what you do.
in the method of life rhythms, i recently encountered a few light bulb moments, things I didn't understand until I got this far in life experience. now i'm integrating these realizations. how should this change what i do, for the better? am I motivated enough to make those changes? if not, why not, what is killing that motivation, how to do I create that motivation?
Just curious: how so ? For context, I'm French and we generally (everybody's different) talk with our hands a lot, so I'm used to it. Therefore, I'm trying to understand the other side (how hand movements could make it difficult to concentrate rather than being useful in reinforcing the point), since that is obviously not my experience. Just curious, if you can explain. If not, 'cause it just is that way for you, no worries and good day.
I am curious as well. I'm from Brazil and we also move our hands and body while we talk. Actually I think this is helpful for the communication. Would like to understand your point of view 😊
The way this video is made, you could just listen to its audio only instead of watching it. People often talk with their hands so I'm curious if certain movements have distracted you since you were a kid. Maybe check in with yourself to see if that is an attention/focusing issue.
Aw man. I was hoping this would be an “old-school Amy” morning routine video where we’d get to experience your morning routine with you. I miss those. ☹️ I play those videos during my morning skincare routine every morning, so it was like we were friends doing our routine together. 🥲 Also, is the GMGL planner ever coming back in stock?
@@MissNoechen I honestly didn’t. I have adhd and I knew my attention span wouldn’t allow me to watch someone talking. No shade on Amy at all. That’s my own personal limitations.
I read your book when you first released it and I still to this day say to myself, “I can get back to my mornings.” Anytime, life’s gotten stressful and I’ve gotten out of my normal routine. Repeating that to myself gives me a boost of encouragement that eventually everything will be okay and it’s possible to get back into a good rhythm 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
This is the real talk I needed... so hopefully it's the real talk that helps you in your own life! xoxo

OMG this concept applies to so much in life. Take inspiration and adapt for who you are and how you want to show up in the world. Great video!
Thank you Amy. You always seem to speak to me 😊

I am still attempting to find my retirement morning routine…care to share yours?

I speak with my hands and enjoy it, just sharing to counter balance the feedback! Thanks
To be honest it's also really not an enormous amount of hand movement so I really don't get why the person felt the need to comment on it

I'm happy to offer that reminder anytime, B!

This was very timely. I use to be SO organized. I just FEEL so all over the place. Thank you for actual tips and strategies.
Hi, I purchased my planner on 8/5/23 I'm so excited!
So good. Thanks for validating ME!

You're so welcome 🍋
Thanks a lot for this
Could you do a healthy meal prep/healthy activity in a week that's keeping you looking super healthy and glowy pls Amy?
For pretty nice morning routine every last nights are also important.
It is, thanks Amy 😍
The shoe fits pretty good 😊👍
Good insight :)
Dang, I gotta put BIG KID pants on - Amy Landino you're being a meanie! LOL
But, seriously - This is the Amy Landino I LOVE AND ADORE!
Love the message, but can you PLEASE try to minimize the hand movements? It was really hard for me to concentrate and focus on what you were saying.
Just curious: how so ?

Your distraction is YOUR problem. A word of advice: find solutions to your own difficulties, not expect the whole world to change to accommodate you.
Hard to believe that you talked for 12 min. and said nothing.
