This is my first US healthcare project, I am looking for ATS with minimum cost as I try Ceipal but they are saying that charged $840 for six months subscription, which ATS you suggest me to start with?
Hi Syed, We will always be slightly biased and say that you should give the Giig Hire platform a go. 😆 Here is a link to our pricing page, should you wish to take a look at what you can get as part of the Free Forever version - giighire.com/pricing-for-freelance-recruiters/ The other platform that we hear good things about is Zoho Recruit. They also have a Free version you can use but it only allows you to add 1 job on the free package. Their popular paid for version is around $50 a month which is also quite affordable, should you wish to upgrade.

I have used a few ATSs over this time but for the past 6 months I have been using Giig Hire and would highly recommend. Their platform is easy to use, they are super responsive and supportive, and constantly developing new features. They tailor everything towards freelance recruiters so I would reccommend Giig Hire to any Freelancer for sure.

Dude you guys don't have ATS scanning software which scans resumes and gives rating itself . That's the core function of ATS software and that's why people use ATS Why are you promoting your website with ATS name if you don't have that feature
I had my resume revised using AI and used an ATS based evaluation app to evaluate and rate my resume. My original got a 48% rating. I went back and forth telling AI to adjust my resume based on what comments I got from the ATS system and by the time I got to 68% rating, my resume looks great but even I dont recognize my resume anymore. Whats worse is, this was as far as I can go with the free version and if I wanted to get a higher rating I need to upgrade to a paid version. What BS this is! This is the reason why I say that this type of s@$t is making HR Lazy and will never end up with great candidates because while the resume looks awesome, the candidate will end up failing the interview in the end. A resume is supposed to reflect a candidates work experience and how it will align with the companys requirements. If the company wants to hear more then they request for an interview. What happens here is that great candidates are "weeded out" just because they did not put a keyword or they did not wow the reader with high faluting words. Frustrating.
