Hi Angela, all the videos I've seen have had the original/generic animated male figure. The most recent episode (with the Bluprint branding) is where I've seen JJR's silhouette in black at the very end of the video - you can see the differences in hairstyle, the hands, overall angle of the stance and clothing. If you flip back and forth from the opening intro and the end of the video, you can see the change. Correct me if you believe you've seen the upgrade in an earlier video?

They're not dried, definitely fresh. He said that several times. Fresh bananas usually are fine if they're in layers and it hasn't been sitting in there for days. I haven't used fresh banana in my cake layers but I have made many banana puddings and bananas are fine in between pudding and whipped cream. The key is to get bright yellow bananas with no brown spots.

I, too, like the sound cutting bubble tea straws make, but is there any environment-friendly alternative to using plastic bubble tea straws? I know sometimes you use dowels but I know you said straws are better. Also I don't bake 😂, I just love watching your videos and I just started using reusable straws for my drinks.
