You will need for this recipe only a few ingredients:
900g of chicken thighs
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
6 garlic cloves minced
lemon juice
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of grated parmesan
Method:
Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Set aside for 1 hour.
Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
Coat each chicken tight on both sides with the breadcrumb mix.
Bake in hot oven 180C / 356F for about 1 hour.
