Maybe guaranteed 80 million and each year $10mil incentive to average that 20 and 10 Always have a $500k bonus for being named an All NBA player or 100k bonus for winning the championship.... They got guaranteed 120 million and you think 100k is gonna make them work harder to be all NBA
Zion is definitely overhated right now. He´s still playing at a very high level and I would not name him in the same sentence as Ben Simmons. That being said, his work ethic and discipline is definitely lacking, I hope he gets to turn his career around a bit more, maybe a change of scenery would help. With the right mindset and 50-60 pounds less, he can be one of the best in the league
