In a battle, Yoriichi cant kill him, but Yorrichi is much stronger than DkT, and for winning you dont have to kill the opponent.

This can either be fax or cap, if this is tanjiro 10 seconds into being a demon, then yeah, ofc he losing easily. But if u give him time to learn his new power, and give him a couple years, he stomps on yoriichi. But souly for the fact he’s immortal. Without his immortality he would easily get clapped lmao.
