Every band wants to write their „Bohemian Rhapsody“ - Ocean Hills did with „Budapest My Love“, a true declaration of love, dedicated to the city vocalist Zoli Teglas has a very personal relationship to. Zoli's vocals are one of the best in the genre. Honestly, this sounds like late 80s/early 90s pop metal.

This is one of the best ballads I’ve heard since the early 90’s. I’ve always loved 80’s and 90’s rock ballads. The guitars are catchy and amazing, and Zoli’s voice is amazing as usual

I have to admit that this music isn't particularly my fancy (but also I have nothing bad to say about it). But Budapest is certainly the most beautiful city I have ever visited (visited many, across Europe). These guys aren't exaggerating, this city is amazing. Worth noting: their public transport system (referring to their metro/underground) is one of the most effective ones I've ever used, for quickly moving around the city as a tourist (relatively affordably, with a day or week tickets). Just getting "lost" and walking around the city can also easily prove an experience you will not forget (positively, of course).

Came here from whatever you call that band Ignite now.. Zoli is more than punk he's an old school artist. Born poor with no dad and tank in front of his house. Awkard as a teen with long arms but a voice that can move a coliseum. This is a amazing song and sound. Sometimes you have to enjoy things for the moment as they will never be the same. #ignitesux

i see some things I saw when I was a like 10,11 of 12 years old.... Been to Hungary 7 times orso.... Lived for 14 days in Sosto next to lake Balaton...
Went for day trips to Budapest, Székesfehérvár, Siofok, Tihany, Pusta`s.. Cowfarms... good memories....

Nem, Levente nem mondja meg a tutit, csak ismeri Téglás Zolit, ha jól számolja, akkor 25 éve. Tudja, hogyan érez a komcsik iránt, ezért ajánlotta azt, menjen el olyan helyekre is, amelyeket még nem fertőzött meg ez az újkori komcsi/liberális, fing szájszagú, torzonborz, birkaszőrzetű, VII. kerületi szlenget beszélő söpredék. Az új galileisták.
Levente Vácot, bár itt lakik, pont nem ajánlja, hiszen úgy felmenői, ahogyan ő, személyesen megtapasztalták, miként lett ebből a kedves kisvárosból először egy komcsi szemétdomb, majd mostanában, a várost ellepő új honfoglalók által, egy liberális disznóól. Ahogyan a Dunakanyar több települését is sikerült már kivéreztetni, úgy lassan Vác sem ússza meg.
De, szerencsére, van még az országnak néhány olyan pontja, ahol az ilyen szemetet a grabancánál fogva hajítják ki a faluból/városból.

Does anyone know why he quit Ignite. He left without a statement, Ignite called it quits silently, then issued a statement to start over with a new singer. I also read that there has been a tension on the live shows before where one could see something is erong in the chemistry in Ignite...but I do not know personally as I have not seen them live since 2014.
His statement was that he wanted to focus on his animal rescue work more...and do a few other film/music projects. Not sure if there was a tension in the band though. I don't like the new music...ignite is not ignite without Zoli and his amazing voice.
There are some /mainly Hungarian interviews with him in which he says that he had enough of touring and wanted to deal with his personal life more and started some new projects of his own like Zoli's Band and Ocean Hills. I think he wanted lo live his life at his own pace more instead of being the member of a nonstop touring band..something like that...You must find some reports, interviews about it.
@killjoyredux8361 Ignite is actually Brett's band and Zoli was just taken in as a singer. Zoli left, but he has his own band. Ignite music is still Ignite, but Zoli was my main reason. That man could be a general and people would willingly follow him into battle knowing full well they might die.
@ThoraThoraThoraThora2012 he also wanted his kids with him and he got into a full fledged custody battle, otherwise he would never see them and had to pay alimony regardless. He didn't want that. That took up a lot of his time, effort and money.

How sad, that the urbanisation kills this town too. Yesterday I was checking for places from 2014 and 80% of them just got closed because of the agressive touristification of the city,which simply destroyes the alive matetrial of the urban.

@Zsolt Lukács Thank you. Looks like the man makes really cool artwork. From the looks of it, having a great personality too. Thanks for reminding me how the former French president also has Hungarian roots. I doubt that corrupt little weasel is a compliment for the country though XD. To be clear, I have almost only great experiences with Hungarian people, apart from maybe a few really bad exceptions (it's like there isn't much in between). While many Hungarians will probably not agree with this (or so I have noticed), I personally have pretty much that same experience with people across the whole (wider) Balkan region. Not claiming Hungary belongs to it, but its people certainly have more than just a few good things in common. Anyways, enough rambling from this old fool. Thanks for the info.

As I wrote: I do not claim that Hungary is part of the Balkans (I know both geography and history), only that I noticed Hungarian people have some things in common with people from the Balkans, that set them apart (in a positive way) from other parts of Europe (particularly: the Anglo-Saxon and Romanic countries). Of course, it's just my personal observation (and I mean it as a compliment). Regardless, I likely have seen more of Europe (and all its differences) than lets say 90% of people (and I come from one of those Anglo-Saxon countries). Respect.
