@@darrenshaw767 None, and that's mainly because Renaldo didn't have the opportunity to win the Olympic gold medal. His opportunity to win the medals was during the 1980 Olympics but the U.S. boycott the Olympics that year.
@use2slam2 I remember watching that race. Herschel smoked him both times. Darrell said he had a different gear that no one had. I would love to see also the race where Tony Dorsett ran that 9.57 100 yard dash against I believe Renaldo Ne..and Cliff Branch. Dorsett smoked them all also. He surprised everyone.
9.37 he ran, Green said he couldn't hold the acceleration from Herschel. Gault has record 9.35 in the competition. Video is on Superstars 3 of 3 43:00 range.
I used to LOVE these superstar competitions. Seems like today's jocks just won't kick back and have fun like these guys did. Maybe they don't want to risk even the vague possibility of looking silly. Who knows. Back in the day, I would've watched Russ Francis brush his teeth and not complained. He was definitely eye candy. Same with Charlie Waters even though he played for Dallas. Edwin Moses was an athlete always worth watching. Long legs, broad shoulders, solid speed and smart. Just amazing.
Its sucks that todays athletes arent like this anymore, but I dont blame them one bit. Theres millions of dollars on the line that secure your family for generations... Or you could lose it all by hurting yourself in some celebrity event
Edwin Moses was the greatest hurdler who ever lived.
Renaldo Nehemiah says hello!
@@lwmson how many Olympic and world golds did Nehemiah win compared to Moses ?

THIS NEW GUY TODAY IS BETTER. I CAN'T PRONOUNCE HIS NAME. I THINK HE'S FROM NORWAY? SWEDEN?
@@captainamericaamerica8090 karsten Warholm from norway is who your looking for.World record holder and Olympic and double world champion at only 25
Edwin is small talk all action. The greatest and under appreciated athlete in sports
I still remember seeing Edwin's record times up on the stadium wall from high school track. Pretty sure he still has some up on that wall today.
And might I add kooler than a sheet of ice 😎
His long stride.
And his fist two steps.
Amazing.
Edwin Moses runs as pretty as anyone I’ve ever seen! Easy and fluid.

anybody have the superstars 100 yd dash from 87-88 where Hershel walker beats Darrell Green twice and ran a 9.35 ???
I have been looking for that one too. I think that the time was 9.39s.

@@ahgoodm Dude, thank you
The man said Tony Dorsett held the record at 9.57. Lord have mercy. That's what I want to see.
That converts to a 10.47 100 meters. Not as impressive.
Not that fast
Dorsett had no track background. Imagine if he actually trained track.
Wow! I can't believe he still running good! 1984 olympic hurdler!
NOt me - TOny Dorsett was even faster than he got credit for
Darrell Green caught him from behind.
@@lwmson Green had an angle and a headstart. I saw that play when it happened and I have the entire game on DVD
Despite being an old Bears fan, I didn't think Wilber was that fast.

They make too much money to risk injury and cost them a season of playing time or their career.
I could remember when they use to come to the Bahamas for these events
