Good luck getting a rod from them I ordered a rod Oct 1 last year still getting excuses for a rod that claims 3-5 weeks build time going on 4 months now.

I have two Northfork rods. As far as I'm concerned they are the best rods available. Since getting my hands on these Northforks all my other high end rods are collecting dust.
I ordered a few rods from your site & cant wait to get them, especially for the surf rod since the striper are biting. It will be great if you made reviews on the rods despite the info listed on the site. I say this because there is not many reviews out there

Do not order this rod if you need it any time soon or the next 4 months. The customer service sucks. Ive asked for my money back at I’m at the point where ill start certified communication so i can take them to small claims court. They’ve put out two email advertisements saying my rod was in stock yet still no rod.
Small claims court? Dude, let’s pump the brakes a bit…small knife makers and guitar builders routinely take months, even years to fulfill orders. Yes, it sucks if the communication isn’t up to snuff but goddamn. Empty threats about taking a rod builder to court after only four months? That’s a little huge…
