The AI can help 100% with matte paintings and environment design, also character design and somewhat 3D CGI characters or props, even with motion capture there are some pretty cool AI released or in beta testing. As a low budget art designer and film maker, the fields that I'm more excited about are better voice generator AIs (I like to see some AI that can change a voice to another so we can get all the emotions and feelings of a voice actor) some facial expression mocap for cheap (that are working good) and also a better video to video AI generators that helps us to generate fictional cartoon characters with input of our actors videos. At this rate I can see more than what I can imagine will come in 2023 and what comes next years will change the way of film making and arts for ever :)

I can't wait till people with great imagination but no artistic talent, can finally bring their stories to life. I have been waiting for this my entire life. !
I wonder what it would generate if one put the text of Heir to the Empire into AI software like this. I bet it would be better then anything Disney made.
Something allot of critics of AI softaware is missing is how thirdworld friendly it is, allot of these countries do not have economies to support an interest or passion like film making.
Yeah and what you’re ignoring it is only adding water to the sea of disposable content that only exists for the sake of existing that is bad now but only going to get worse meaning it will be harder to earn money on it and stand out . Plus I doute making movies are the biggest worries of third world countries .
@@rupertsmith5815 People in third world countries have hobbies,passions and interest like anyone else also LOL yes making movies are important weather it be about exposing cartels , colonial corruption or problems most people have no awareness of. AI is a godsent for these people
@@theultimateartist4153 well you didn’t contradict my main point second I highly doute some crappy film made entirely on a computer would leave much of an impact and even if it did you’re telling someone in a country controls by the cartels is going to make a film openly calling out secrets if there’s to the world and they aren’t going to get murdered ? And there are plenty of films about colonial corruption it isn’t exactly breaking news that colonials are corrupt
