    • @CrochetWithTiffany
      @CrochetWithTiffany  3 месяца назад +1

      Absolutely if you would like a light feel. Size 2 weight yarn makes beautiful wearables. Because the yarn is thinner the result of the top will be smaller. If you’re ok with that then go for it! If you want the fit to be the same as what I represent you will want to add more stitches per row and more rows per panel. 😊❤️🧶

    • @CrochetWithTiffany
      @CrochetWithTiffany  3 месяца назад +2

      GREAT question! In the pattern there is a chart with a bust size dimension. I would suggest measuring yourself around the largest section of your torso, whether that be your bust or your belly so you can ensure the most comfortable fit. Then go with the size that will provide you with a little wiggle room so it's not too tight. 😊❤️🧶

      There is a way you can add a collar though, with this design I don't think it would be very comfortable. You would just count the number of stitches around. Add a stitch for each join. Make a collar section separate and then join it to the hole at the top of the shirt.

    Why a 3 weight yarn. I know it's for summer but I don't have enough of a 3 to make this. That is making me crazy.

    • @CrochetWithTiffany
      @CrochetWithTiffany  4 месяца назад +1

      Great question! I have noticed that the thicker the yarn you use the heavier and more bulky the item is. But many crocheters don't like working with yarn thinner than a size 3. So I chose to work with that. 😊❤️🧶

    Is anyone else taking forever to knit this? I feel like it's taking me DAYS to finish the first panel. I'm about to give up. I need encouragement, please lol

      Girl you got this! Making wearables is similar to making larger blankets. The panels are larger and then you join them together. So while it is a simple construction, yes, it does take a little longer to work them up. But you can do it! If you need to take breaks and work on other small project in between to keep you crojo and motivation then definitely do so. 😊💖🧶
