HP Office jet Pro 7740 replaced ink cartridge error

HP Office jet Pro 7740 replaced ink cartridge error,This printer HP Office jet Pro 7740 replaced ink cartridge error cannot print checking, Checking the Estimated Cartridge Levels it show error two ink cartridge Cyan and Yellow (Magenta and Cyan are new ink replaced) but working only magenta,press on the Yellow ink what is error, it show error Incompatible Cartridge( Yellow ink is old cartridge and before show error incompatible it alert Ink very low, so this ink mean ink water run out, Need to replace new.Checking the magenta error meaning, press on ink see the Cartridge Problem, It mean the new ink Cyan bad or connection or print head system error,Open the front cover and remove the new ink Cyan and test with old ink that use with this printer before, After printer checking itself, it alert Incompatible Cartridges Y (Yellow), This printer is not designed to use continuous ink systems.To resume printing remove continuous ink system and install original HP Cartridge, checking Cyan what error meaning? It alert Cartridge problem the Same New one replace, what is problem come from ? ink or print head?checking more.Compare 2 new inks user replaced Cyan and Magenta, it is the same or not, Magenta working and Cyan not working, Remove all inks and print carriage checking connection and print head contact, Next video show remove part on side print head, thank you for find the problem this printer with us,

Does downgrading the firmware solve this problem? I have a problem only on the K - black color saying that "try replacing the empty cartridge" even its a fresh new one

I have downgraded to old firmware and still getting problem with black ink

I have often replaced it with a new ink tank but the print head does not recognize the ink filling tank

disassemble Printer head and check connection or contact is bad or not

this printer hard to fix, cause need the original ink replace, if you replace new ink and still error , try to turn off printer and on again, if not solve checking head system

I usely print black and white only but the color ink is lowing everytime i print black and white . Can you help me plz ?

Most problem from inks cartridge , so before replacement printer head need test inks first
