Dipper Cipher™ Hmmm. Well mostly what I do for Rainbow Powers as well as Breezies is first look at the theme of the character. So for Luna it's stars and the night, Celestia gets sunrise and warm colors, and for others like Derpy I gave her lots of dots, like her bubbles, and some very warm colors to go with her bright yellow mane. After that just look at color theory. You can look at palletes and just put them on there. See what works. In each rainbow power there's always about 30 minutes of me fiddling with colors before I even start recording.
