Hi Ashwini ; Fondant decoration should be kept away from moisture. Keep them in a cool, dry space, and do not expose to direct light, sunlight or air conditioning. DO NOT PLACE IN THE REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER. . If they get refrigerated they can become droopy and sticky. Store it in a room temperature place away from any heat or cold.
@@aylinshandmade thanks so much for this prompt reply .... I stay in india and right now we have a lot of humidity here ... should I still keep my fondant decorations at room temperature?
@@ashwinimone8742 I am in staten island / NY. Also we have very humid air in this season. I usually keep my fondant / gum paste decorations in the shipping box. Also you can keep them in the oven. Don't turn on the oven.
@@ashwinimone8742 You can use 50/50 fondant and gum paste or if you don't have gum paste you can add small amount of tylose powder (CMC) into the fondant.
Hello Aylin,
If I make this harry potter snitch in advance, for how many days can I refrigerate it?
Also what container should I use?
