Does the use of reduced bore isolation valve cause water hammering in water pipes in a domestic home setting?

Whenever you are using Valve as an isolation valve for installing the Sample probe, since the Sample probe shaft i.e. pipe shall pass through that valve, FULL BORE valve is used.
You may add this point as one of the criterias where application of the valve is taken into consideration.
