- Kolkata's one of the most favourite "Singara" or samosa recipe.
Ingredient:
For Outer part/Shell:
All Purpose flour/Maida - 2medium bowl
Salt- 1/4th Tbsp
Vegetable Oil - 5Tbsp
Chilled water
For Stuffing:
Par boiled with skin potatoes - 5(medium)
Bengali Five Spice/5foron - 1 & 1/2tbsp
Whole Dry Red Chilli - 2
Ginger-Green Chilli Paste - 1 & 1/2tsp
Peanut - 40gms
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Turmeric - 1 pinch
Vegetable oil for frying

আমার আপনার রেসিপিটা খুব কাজে লাগল। আমি এর আগে অনেকবার বাড়ীতে সিঙ্গারা বানাবার চেষ্টা করেছি। আমি কিন্তু কোনবারই সফল হয় নি। যে সূক্ষ সূক্ষ্ম ছোট ব্যাপারগুলের জন্যে আমি সিঙ্গারা করতে পারি নি, সেটা আপনার এই রেসিপি দেখে আমি বুঝতে পারলাম। যেমন সিঙ্গারা মাখার কায়দা, তেলটা যেভাবে গরম করতে হবে। অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ, আমার মত অ-রাঁধুনীদের জন্যে যে এই রেসিপিগুলো কতটা সুবিধাজনক।

When I started watching this video I didn't notice it was of 24 minutes. But after a few minutes I went on to check comment box and found some remarks on making it so lengthy. But still I watched the whole and it surely paid off. The little details u mentioned is absolutely worthy.. I followed the whole process immediately and whoa !! It was splendid. Only confusion I had how much stuffing I need to put in each. In two it was little less I realized later. But outside crunchiness was absolutely spot on. And stuffing too tasted brilliant.. Overall I am happy and I thought of paying your pending credit for sharing this recipe..
