You said it!!!!!! All the portrayals are awful!!!!! As far as Archie is concerned, that first portrayal - I wouldn’t go near him. The facial expressions are, well, yucky. 😑
I found that very enjoyable, I Have not seen a video with AI. I found it very fascinating but also thought it could be very dangerous used in the wrong situation.. thank you for sharing this with us and I look forward to seeing some more👍🥂
Absolute the worst AI ever! But freakin HILARIOUS!! The eyebrows! Intelligent people will actually read the brilliant stories written by Rex Stout and the Nero Wolfe series.
Rex Stout was such an extreme hater of Black people, I almost feel guilty enjoying his stories . Read the golf murder, heartbreaking attitude on the caddie.
Yes, the first shows we did were just stills with lip sync. The newer ones are getting more animated. The tech is new and sometimes uncooperative. Keep watching... Thanks
AI will have to get a lot better before I watch a movie made this way. The transitions between shots are too abrupt and occur too frequently. When you are showing a conversation it is NOT necessary to flash back and forth every time a different person is speaking. And why do the appearance of the characters change abruptly during this same conversation scene about 6-8 minutes into the movie? Archie goes from neatly groomed to looking like he has been pulling his hair out and back to neatly groomed for no reason that correlates with the story line. Also, the girl character moves in front of the background as the point of view needlessly changes through almost every shot, while her facial expression changes not at all. Looks like a very bad blue screen montage. Just poor, makes my head ache to watch it. I would rather just listen to the radio version. I can tell that this may well become the future of movie making - after all, no pesky actors or directors to have to pay. (Hitchcock is either rolling in his grave or laughing his a$$ off at this cha.). Good thing I have several shelves of real movies saved. And... The Nero Wolfe character is the only one that even looks like a real person, probably because they don't try to move him around very much.
Thanks for your feedback. I tend to agree with most of your critiques. For each show we do, we try to make it better. The tech is new... It is very time-consuming & costly. As you probably know, the soundtrack is unaltered from the original radio show. In fact, it is the original radio show soundtrack. I hope you keep an eye on the channel, new shows, and new ways of doing them. Thanks again.
@@TheSinisterSuspenseTheaterI shouldn't demean your efforts, which as you say lead the way in breaking new ground in this interesting field. This is a chance to develop AI in a way that is relatively harmless. I offer the following comments in the spirit of helping improve the results. Personally I have not messed with AI, but I have read a bit about it. This early effort demonstrates that one cannot let AI run wild without exercising sensible guidance by a live human. A live human acting in the capacity of a movie director would surely have noticed the weak points mentioned in my first comment. And surely there are opportunities for the programmer to exercise guidance over the process, if only by rejecting AIs result, repeatedly if necessary until AI produces a satisfactory result. There are probably other better ways for the programmer to exercise this guidance which I am unaware of. (Perhaps by exercising more discretion in choosing or editing the starting frame for each shot ?) Presumably we are using AI in this application to create a movie that matches the sound track, without the time and expense of using human screenwriters, director, and actors. So the questions become, 'after we create an acceptable production with AI by exercising the necessary human intervention have we saved enough time and money to make it all worthwhile?' and, 'does the human intervention require an extraordinary amount of skill as a director,, or can an average sort of person do the work?''. Something we must also consider in evaluating the process is whether investing the extra effort teaches AI to create a better product on the next project using new starting material. Presumably the answer to this is yes or we will have wasted our time trying to educate AI. Only time and continued experimentation will answer that question. It is a credit to you that you are willing and committed enough to continue the investigation, and I wish you success and look forward to the time in the future when AI can produce a product which is undistinguishable from a 'real' movie produced by conventional methods. The bar is not too high - there are lots of 'real' movies out there that are real stinkers.
Sorry, didn't care for it AI doesn't have the right voice,it just doesn't sound right and the movements aren't right either I don't care for just the audio only AI readings either They don't sound right
Thanks for the feedback. By the way... the voices are perfect, as the entire soundtrack is the original radio show. We do not change anything in the soundtrack. We only create the video portion. Thanks again for watching.
I know this story. But listened again for the visuals. Very amusing ❤
The video is great, you need to keep promoting your channel. Is not hard.
Thank you for watching! Lots more to come. We are just getting started!
The visual representation of Archie is untrue to the novels. He was written as a stylish, handsome, well kept young man.
You said it!!!!!! All the portrayals are awful!!!!!

Looks more like Gerald Mohr, the actor to me.
Yes, this is the first thing that struck me. It’s pretty important.
I know just about all of the Nero Wolfe stories. What a treat listening with AI.
I enjoyed the Ai generated visuals !
In principle I am wary of AI, but I enjoyed this.
I am also wary of AI .... threatening to humanity....but liked the film
I found that very enjoyable, I Have not seen a video with AI. I found it very fascinating but also thought it could be very dangerous used in the wrong situation.. thank you for sharing this with us and I look forward to seeing some more👍🥂
Another incarnation of Nero and Archie, which of course I will watch.
Impressive. We are early in the AI stages and this shows the potential of what is to come.
Have fun.
This is hilarious! Archie's jacket sleeves disappear while he's talking to the woman! They grow back later! Great.
Clever!
I found this unwatchable,so I just listened.
Absolute the worst AI ever! But freakin HILARIOUS!! The eyebrows!

The caricatures take away from the narrative.
Ms. Morey, doesn’t look the same when she was in Paula’s room.
The Archie character resembles Philip Mohr.
Stoner isnt he the guy that invented the m16/ar platform?
ai works great
just better
This sucks
THE COMPUTER GENERATED CHARACTERS ONLY MOTION ARE THE MOUTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Weird AF in AI
gross
Nero lives in a brownstone. I don't see the large global or nero behind his desk drinking bottles of beer.
I don't think he ever gets out of the chair through any of the series. Thanks for watching...
These AI antics are offensive.
Radio shows don't require visual, not even real.

Looks like archie has a uno brow. Nero has a modern gold bangle bracelet on.
🙄
This is ridiculous.
All alone in a small desert town in Africa.............and this video? No thanks.

Awful AI visuals.
I don't subscribe to AI users. This is unlistenable and unwatchable.
