I'm not saying that it's right or fair that the predator was given a short sentence. The Amy Billig case (03:05:40) I'd never heard of until this video. That was a heartbreaking story. I know Amy's Mom Susan has passed away now but, had she been alive, I'd have wanted to tell her what an absolutely inspirational person she is. From the day Amy went missing she spent every day for the rest of her life looking for Amy and chased every lead herself going to Washington, DC, Tusla, OK, Miama, FL and various other cities and State. She has a heart bypass, and from intensive care is calling people looking for leads. She is diagnosed with lung cancer, told matter of months left and ends up beating that disease to continue the search for Amy. I don't think there a word in English that describes how impressive and admirable her dedication and determination is of a mother's love for her daughter that she will do anything, and go anywhere, to find. I was hoping as I watched that it would be revealed that she found out what happened to Amy before she died. Sadly, she didn't. Speaking of no words to describe something, let's move on to "Hank". @@jturtle5318Not true. In critical care syringe pumps are used to give many drugs in which tight control of the dose is needed for effectiveness without overdose. For instance, adrenaline, noradrenaline, vasopressin, insulin, heparin, potassium chloride, amiodarone, propofol, paralysing drugs e.g. atracurium. Most "drips" are also given via an infusion pump to avoid the fluid being administered too fast or too slow. Morphine and fentanyl are given by pumps to ensure accurate dosing and to comply with the laws requiring these drugs to be inaccessible except to authorised staff members, but very many other drugs are routinely administered the same way. Changing the dose on most pumps leads the pump to make sounds with each key pressed. 3:25:56 that’s got to be one of the most unsatisfactory endings I have ever heard 😢 I mean… I’ve heard of parents doing everything to find their missing children and being dicked over by selfish pricks who want a free payday and twisted cons who find pleasure in torturing the parents with little bits of hope mixed in with a lot of false info and bs…. But the things Susan went through and the lengths she spent the rest of her life doing to find her daughter has to be one of the most incredible things I have ever heard in a horrific way, but the determination , strength and courage she showed and beating a cancer death sentence on top of it all… what twice ?!?!? Hearing after all of that … she still never really knew what happened to her daughter… unless the deathbed confession was true… and I mean shit…. If that was true… I cannot imagine being a parent and hearing someone tell me that story about that happening to my child and not going insane after it. Sure she was paid.. but who knows… maybe payment was made bc of the ppl she was talking about being dangerous ppl and needing security for sharing this info… or maybe it’s a lie… either way…. I just hope in death Susan found her answers… possibly reunited with her daughter… I duno … that story just was soul crushing for me for some reason. Like all these stories are to different extents… but the lengths and the time spent searching for her child…. Ugh just heartbreaking
I got it! The music is from a video game "Cold Case", a game that was a search for evidence and murder weapons with the player in the role of detective. The background music from that game is the same music from this video. I used to have that game on my phone a few years ago. That game would allow you to move up in the ranks according to your success in finding objects. Think I'll reinstall it.

I live in Elizabethtown and have for most of my 42 years. I know who one of the accomplices are. However, from what I've been told through the years is that it was the said 'accomplice' that actually killed Jones. Why I won't say his name is that he died back in 1995. The 'accomplice' was the father of a friend of mine. Everyone knew that if you tried getting over on him, he would kill you.
I'm a listen as I fall asleep person myself. I guess I'm not so odd at all. I do find it interesting that while at least for myself I would NEVER think to kill anyone unless in self defense or a life of a loved one facing eminent death or severe bodily injury I listen to murder/crime stories.
That robbery/murder spree doesn't make any sense. Some dudes are just cruising around grocery stores, stealing wine & coffee while they're murdering people? 🤨 There has to be more to the story.
I remember a story my mother's friend was talking about when I was little. She said her husband tied a woman to a tree & killed her. My mother's friend was scared she'd end up the same way. I wonder if he was squire's accomplice. It's a unique way to kill someone.
The men who confessed to the nurses their crimes before dying, their confessions should have been taped and the nurses should have called the police right away. Why they didn’t, is beyond my comprehension. They failed miserably. These men got away with murder when their charges were dropped. And as far as prostitutes are concerned, they are the favorite prey of serial killers for the life style they have exposing themselves to danger. But since they want prostitution to support their drug habits, there you have it….they will always be victims of sick and depraved men. Sad and tragic.
I'm a nurse and can tell you firsthand that it's not that simple. First, having a recording device handy the instant you need one, especially decades ago, isn't always possible. Second, there are very strict rules in healthcare regarding what can and can't be discussed with others. Third, I can almost guarantee you that those men were medicated towards the end of their lives and we are taught from day one to expect them to speak incoherently. Most of the time, people that age are already suffering from dementia and should not be considered as logical. In any event, I would hardly call it "failing miserably" and how much of a sentence do you genuinely think that an elderly dying person would get? They got away with murder for far longer before any nurse heard anything. Let's put the blame where it belongs, on the killers themselves, not people who dedicate their lives to healing?
@michelleprieur1 there are no laws preventing nurses from telling authorities about death bed MURDER confessions. Confidentiality never applies when a person was harmed or is going to be harmed. It's actually the opposite lol. And if nothing else, alerting authorities is the very least a nurse could do. In short, the health care worker is not legally obligated to report a past murder, but there's no law preventing them from reporting a past murder.
@@sfletch3042If I'm not mistaken only a psychiatrist is obligated to report the confession of a crime and it has to be a violent crime. The logic being the propensity to harm another person again such as physical abuse by someone or a murder. Ironically that's what brought down the Mendez brothers.
@sfletch3042 Are you an attorney or a nurse? No? Then shut up. Also, it's cute that you took one sentence out of my entire comment, twisted it, and only harped on that. I never said that it was illegal for a nurse to report murder. I never said illegal at all. Read my comment again, this time slowly. The original comment is ridiculous, implausible, and blames people who did nothing wrong. Period.
It's worse today happening more often it has increased .. We're not saying things like this did not happen several decade's ago we're saying it is worse now ..

Badass videos homie keep it up
Love this program. The narrating is very professional easy listening. Thank you very much. .I'm hard of hearing .
Engagement is engagement those that complain are still here out of all the videos on here you took the time out of your day to do such 😂
22:23. “Sunderland, which is a city north of London”. That’s like saying “LA is a city west of Atlanta” 😂
That Old School Disclaimer ❤
Thank you! Very interesting and scary.
I sleep like a baby to your voice. I feel like it puts me in a trance and I sleep so deeply and peacefully.
Wait a minute☝️ the only thing I heard out of This entire video was that Ribeyes were priced @ $4.00 and they looked like they were at least 10-14 oz their is nothing like a nice ribeye prepared medium rare and heavy char on the fatty edges
Rip to the prices of steak 🥩 in the 70s geeshe
This pace is so much better!!
Angie houseman was not killed by the man that confessed. She was killed by a sexual predator and found guilty of her murder
“Sunderland…which is north of London” understatement of the century that.
I live in Joliet and I never knew we had this many crazy killings
The robbery case is crazy. Why kill for no reason.
Wow you can go on a spree in Belgium, and no one will even try and stop you. For years!
Exactly right
My first welding job was in Lincoln IL.
I'm a listen as I fall asleep person myself. I guess I'm not so odd at all. I do find it interesting that while at least for myself I would NEVER think to kill anyone unless in self defense or a life of a loved one facing eminent death or severe bodily injury I listen to murder/crime stories.
Jeez I wonder if that chief of police, whose own dad confessed to helping bury that body in the chief's yard, is guilty.
Good luck out there ladies. Keep your eyes and ears opened and aware
Francis ran off with the gold and documents. 😂
This always comes on when im asleep so i wake up hearing all theze deathbed confessions. I swear ive slept through most of this
I think Amy was probably a victim of Ted Bundy....it fits
That robbery/murder spree doesn't make any sense. Some dudes are just cruising around grocery stores, stealing wine & coffee while they're murdering people? 🤨 There has to be more to the story.
Please discuss TRUDY APPLBY OF MOLINE, IL same city Adrienne Reynolds who was brutally murdered and dismembered by teens sarah kolb and Corey Gregory
Oh, honey. You honestly think that anyone "wants" to be a prostitute and wants their drug habits? Bless your heart.
Period.
One of the most. Annoying. Monotonous. Voices I have ever heard.
Why do the narrators of RUclips videos like this all sound like they're on HEAVY doses of opiates?
Remeber this when people talk about how bad and violent things are today.
Thanks to technology or we would still be in the dark. 😢
It's worse today happening more often it has increased .. We're not saying things like this did not happen several decade's ago we're saying it is worse now ..
Well......let's start over again.....
