Tip for Lesley: Do not build more than Swift Boots for attack speed on her (Honestly I just get Magic Shoes). She is a poke-type hero whose main and primary damage source comes from her passive, which requires CDR and crit damage, either directly or thru penetration conversion. This is the only thing you need to remember when playing Lesley, do not get attack speed.

Sometimes using windtalker as "boots" are pretty good choice
Also during early game you can buy Windtalker to help clear lane then sell it for items
Flat PEN for Crit Chance increase but also for their passive might be gud
What about windtalker?
Valir is a great counter to Balmond, especially with ice queen wand and durance. For Saber use purify or wind of nature and cuirass. For Lesley just burst her, building hp is waste of item, just go damage and ambush. For Terizla, use mobile heroes and true damages. Ruby, anti lifesteal, use cuirass because she use skills a lot and a lot of slow and penetration. For Nana, build athena, and if your using flameshot you know what to do after her passive. To Clint use mobile heroes or those that have ability to be immune to basic attacks, and because he's a marksman do burst. For Atlas, good old Diggie and purify or skills alike. For Cecilion build athena to massively decrease received damage, together with predicting his skill shots is good, or just get very close to him does the job well. For me the best all around hero to use are Martis, Jawhead, and Kaja. They are easy to learn. Can be used to adjust as tank, damage dealer, and for split pushing. To counter them, you just need timing and with more mobile heroes than them.

Dyroth is the best hero in solo Q, he fall so hard in late game.
@@razortk77g95 Most players would. He hurts early, and if he has a support following, he can easily invade a lot of core heroes at level 2. I don’t ban him. I usually ban Valentina, Atlas and Hanzo (Hanzo because I hate it when I play core and then someone just picks a Hanzo).

As a Clint nerd, I have something far more heinous that has won me nearly every game as him for the past couple seasons.
Details Below.
Emblem: Assassin. First row: Max CDR. Second Row: Max PEN or Spell Vamp. Talent: Bounty Hunter.
Spell: Flicker, Purify, or Sprint are all valid options. Adjust as needed.
First Item: Magic Shoes (CDR Boots)
Second Item: Endless Battle
Third Item: Berserker's Fury (Sea Halberd, Malefic Roar, or any other preferred damage item can fit fine back here.)
Fourth Item: Thunder Belt (This stacks with EB and slows by an evil amount if you decide to add more HP+DEF items late game.)
Fifth Item: Blade Of Despair (Alternatively, you can use Malefic Roar first if you need PEN sooner.)
Sixth Item: Malefic Roar (If MR was your Third, then use Blade of Heptaseas. If MR was your Fifth, a defense items like Athena Shield or Immortality can go here.)
(Side Note 1: If you don't need your boots in a very late game, using Hunter Strike or War Axe will work fine filling in the blanks.)
(Side Note 2: If someone like Brody annoys you in the late game, for Crits instead of pure skill damage, use a second Berserk's instead of Scarlet Phantom for more damage. And maybe just chuck away your boots for Windtalker or Scarlet Phantom at that point if you still want more Crit.)

@@leonidas3885 for me, he doesn't need slow, he's a burst mm, 2-3 skill and atck combo, enemy is dead. Its better if u use brute force for mvs speed and add def and hp. The damage scaling of thunderbelt is according to hp, so its so low especially in late g.
You can build ruby as a movement speed assassin. She can kill and distract the backline easily. The downside of this build is that you have to be extra-extra careful because she will be squishy as a marksman despite being a frontline hero

It's definitely Mathilda. In lower ranks, my allies don't know how to activate her free dash skill properly and because of this, I kept losing. Due to this, I stopped using her. But since I'm Mythic 400+ pts. now, People are smarter there, knew how Mathilda's mechanics work. I played as her again in rank and I become the MVP most of the time (reaching about 20-35 assists) but In lower ranks I usually get Gold Medals and MVP loss Medals. It was very fun using her again, at least they know how to recognize Mathilda's team fight initiation.
Edit: I also helped an Aldous get his savage at the enemy's base. But ofc I was still MVP 🤣
Great list MLG! Out of the 10 I’m using 3: Ruby, Cecillion, and Lesley (in case if I’m forced to mm 😅). Yesterday I met a Hayabusa that called me a troll because I chose Cecillion. The comment baffled me cause he’s one of the top 10 meta mages in the game. I assume the Cecillion users they met in their previous games must’ve have traumatized them 😂.
Honestly my opinion understanding esmeralda’s passive and skill’s and counters and her counters along with knowing the perfect build with little experience can work really well
After playing Atlas a ton of times against Diggie, I can honestly say that you'll need teammates' help to use your ult. Diggie's ult has a longer cooldown compared to Atlas' ult. You can force Diggie to ult by freezing him or his teammates with skill 2 and 1. Most of the time, this will work and force Diggie to ult. But if not, retreat and engage at a later time.
Due to insane buff Lapu-lapu recently got in advance server, he's became most bulky fighter in the next official server update. Not only that, he has no combo too just like Leomord, Ruby, and Terizla.
I have to agree on Terizla, he is so underrated, been using him constantly on my solo queues bad thing is, your random team mates has no sense of vision on their map. I usually go upfront and soak up damage while the rest of my team just chill and won't care. lmao.
Once a Bloodlust axe is built, he's basically unkillable on a 1v1 situation, add some def items depending on your enemies if they got basic attackers mm Blade Armor, skill based physical, Cuirass and so on for magic based enemies. He's really fun to use.

Tip for Terizla: Best boots for him are Demon Shoes. With them, and Bloodlust Axe u don't need to go to base ever again, which is great. Even better early game dominance
I have a question I’m new to the game but I need help in one thing, how do I know what character is a mage and which is a jungle, support, mm, etc
@@_IAM_NINI it's simple - all roles are described on hero selection screen. Sure, there are many heroes that can be played in 2 or 3 roles, but main roles are there. Terizla is a fighter, Estes is a support, Eudora is a mage, Miya marksman, Hayabusa jungle, and Tigreal is a tank
@@MarAnonim thank u I’ve also figured that out the problem is it’s hard to read and find which character I want in that moment I star panicking cuz I have to click on each one and read what they are, thankfully I’m playing with friends and found 2 characters that I play well and am comfortable with, thanks though ❤️

I just started to use Atlas 3 days ago... And maaaaan.... It's the most usefull roamer :D very funny to play with and soooo anoying for enemies
I’ve finally caught up on your videos and picked up lots of small tips. One tip that I’m not sure of is ganking the exp lane first.
Betosky recommends ganking the gold lane first - and I’m inclined to agree. If nothing goes awry, I should be lvl 4 by 1:30. This gives me about 15 seconds to get an early kill on the enemy’s carry - before I signal to my teammates that I’m going to walk across the map for turtle.
Anyone have thoughts on this?
I agree tho usually i will play like this cuz my hero pick usually is karina or aamon so it easy to kill mm first
I think it depends on heroes enemy is using & their positioning / map awareness. There are many mm which play so damn def you’ll be only able to kill him with 3-4 mates and turret diving. Trying to gank def mm and not ganking him is losing a lot of time & farm
Nico i want to know ur opinion on the reforge ur legend event, do u think that the 4 heroes on the list deserve a revamp?
If anybody has a problem with damage on balmond this is just my recent building that tears through enemy’s I know this isn’t traditionally meta but it’s goes following tough boots or warrior boots waraxe cursed helmet twilight armor antique antique and Athena or guardian and queens wings for higher dps I’ll exsplain this build for those who don’t know why twilight armor is good even when nerfed the best example you could say is basically a 2nd cursed helmet waraxe gives health and faster farm and high physical cursed helmet cause tank jungle twilight armor defense or higher dps because both cursed helmet and twilight damage scale on user hp so your basically just a beyblade that spins high physical and magic damage pretty damn deadly in a way it’s true damage sense the enemy unless they build both defense take devestating damage from a tank

When I play Cecilion in soloQ, and see that the roamer won't roam with me, I just go full slap-slap on all waves until the 5th min. All waves after the second one are cleared super fast, so you can go back to base and be back in your lane before the next wave, so mana ain't a problem. Last few are even one-shots. I need to be tower dived 4v1 for anyone to even touch my tower in the first 5mins lol.
I would recommend lolita because she somehow carried me out of epic hell with a 58% win rate just ult the whole team in ganks and then even your under farmed Allies might just be enough to deal with them I've had several matches where my team was under farmed and then that one ult from Lolita at the 15 minute mark won us the game plus in epic the nuubs mms just blast you with their basic attacks which you can easily counter using Lolita's second skill giving your mm an ezy dubb,also you can use flicker while your ult is charging to suddenly surprise the enemy

If you're good at positioning her then boots aren't necessary but if not then consider buying one. Don't go for attack speed since her true damage are most likely applied to her passive and 1st skill and building attack speed will make her weaker because she's only dealing physical damage and it can be reduced with physical defense
You should also add jawhead:not only does no one ban him,but he can be played in 3 roles;roamer,xp laner or jungler. To add on to the reason why not banning him is good for you is that everyone underestimates you until you get 10 kills after 8 minutes. Only chou and Esmeralda (from what I know) can fulfill 4 roles without being far from the meta.

*She's good in lower ranks where most newbies scrambles all over the map and less likely to join war that way it's easy to hunt them 1 by 1 as jawhead really good at that. But in higher rank where team war happen frequently you'll find it hard to get a kill since her skill is useless in team war
I finally got to mythic solo; I bought Diggie.
He's op in late game on his own against Yin, Fanny, Saber & everything squishy!
Mid game working with team so they don't get CC.
Early game trying to steal jungle's buffs (if you're feeling spicy), annoying the MM (leave the EXP lane alone they're antisocial in early game), or helping mid lane so they can rotate to another lane that needs help.
would love to see top 10s maybe every new season or if possible every new major patch
Hello sir Nico I was wondering what is your opinion on the "reforge your legend" event? The first time I saw the results I was not gonna lie disappointed when I saw Beatrix as the top requested hero to get a revamp, although she's one of my favourite hero I think there are more heroes who deserves a revamp more than her.
True... I was also shocked of how it became a popularity contest.. None of the top 4 needs revamp...

For Terizla, (this is my playstyle and it's just a recommendation) I mostly piss off my opponents by using the tank emblem with the first talent, it stacks with his passive making you more tankier and there for harder to kill.
My build is: warrior or tough boots
bloodlust axe
dominance ice (for anti heal)
athena's shield
antique cuirass
and for the last item you can build whatever you want...
the spell is vengance to get EVEN MORE tankier
and if I want to get damage I use the first talent of the fighter,emblem, cause it is just like his passive but instead of damage reduction you'll get physical damage, the build is still the same but with a different emblem.
I usually use sprint tho
Terizla can really survive a long stun
But then the enemy can still follow you crouching.
I also don't think he needs bloodlust axe if u pick fighter embles "especially after the damage buff"
And i really like the idea of the tank emblem stacking up with his passive. I will try it
Balmond can get countered quite hard against zilong and fredrinn, since they both have airborne skills.
As a Clint and Saber user (Sustained DPS user, though), I feel proud *;)*
I feel Xavier and Terizla are amazing pick. If u have proper positioning with Xavier you will have highest damage in game with lowest deaths
This is a good guide. But there is an exception that when a new season start and your teammate in one of those that retain epic glory
8:20 if you use ulti then use skill 1 from Lesley, your ultimate damage will be more powerful
I want to put Kaja on the list...he is so tanky when you spam 1st skill...tho you do need good micro = Flicker + Ult
he can be played in every role also
For cecilion, if you are defending the base and looking for a comeback sell the talisman, get immortality or wings. But if you are going to be outside of the base get talisman again :)
Honestly just having the impure rage talent helps him keep his mana especially because the passive also burns the enemy based on your mana
@geraldmirakel2355 Talisman give you mana to constantly farm stacking without going back to base. Also, the bonus cd let you spam more S2 and ult, thus giving more stack.
I wouldn't be selling talisman because the cd let you spam S2 and ult which is vital for holding + the constant regen of mana help you not staying in spawn for regen too long + longer time before you have to get back to spawn.
Sell the Ice Queen wand instead cuz if you are holding, any place you aim your skill at will hit with at least something.
@@ohlookitisacat7404 yes i agree, which is why i said IF you are defending base sell it, because you ll be close to fountain and be able to regen mana quickly. instead of that you should get a def item to not die and defend but if you ll be laning outside of base talisman is good :)
i personally build an elegant gem and do not complete the COD because cecis passive gives me extra mana each hit anyways, instead i get talisman and wait for the late game. so the core items become;
pen boots+ (elegant gem which i sell level 10 or if slot is needed)+ talisman + lightning truncheon + pen item (divine or genius) + holy crystal + def/hp/life steal item (wings, winter, ice queen or immortality)

I think that even gloo is a very good tank. He has a good regend, he has a lot of cc and with a good build he can kill pretty much anyone

You can also build Clint as a tank with endless, thunder belt, bruteforce, queens wings, athenas/radiant/twilight armour
You still do a lot of dmg and wont get 1 shot
for saber the combo i do is 1st skill + ultimate then 2nd for when they run away
The 10 Easy yet OP heroes you mentioned are all really good especially Balmond, Cecillion, Clint, and Atlas. These 4 are like S-Tier well except Balmond bc his late game isn't that strong compared to other strong Junglers like Karina, Paquito and Thamuz, but I think Balmond is still really strong even with that issue. I do recommend Esmeralda and Lolita. Esmeralda is one of the strongest (maybe the strongest depends on you) sidelaner in the current meta, yet she is easy to play. Lolita is an easy to use hero yet she is super effective. Although problematic if compared to Atlas, she can be a good alternative if Atlas is banned (Which he is not banned often, but he is ban worthy)
Balmond is still insanely durable even in late, he doesn't even need to build full offensive. Queen's wings and Bloodlust Axe allows him to sustain damage as long as he's building at least 1 or 2 other defense items depending on the enemy's damage dealer. Plus his true damage from ult, yikes.
What do you recommend with Esme's recent nerf?
Esme is like the easiest hero , just spam button you wont die and eventually your enemy will die

clock of destiny is best for cecilion after the boots. you wont even need enchanted talisman after getting it, killing a wave of minions is enough to replenish his mp

As an old Cecilion main, you still need someone to keep dash heroes away from your arse, cause the moment they's in melee range you're dead cause you don't have skill for close combat, Yin is specially annoying
Also, having that Ultimate Cooldown item, I forgot it's name, helps with spamming your ult which adds a stack with every hit, building Enchanted Robe also is a good idea for extra heals from ult

Clint is broken if you have the endless battle and berserker fury even before them hes still broken people think hes overrated but hes not i used clint as my main and i kept having gold or mvp in like every single match on ranked. btw you can get thunder belt for survival against heros such as hell cat,AssAssSin saber or nat (it also is like endless battle)

It also depends on random teammates especially when you're doing solo rank it's hard to rank up even though you're good .. there is only one or two teammates that's not good or it's either do not know how to use that heroes/builds to counter

Balmond and dyrroth, you deal great damage without building 4 to 6 damage items and you can build them tank items.

I would like to point as a personal experience that
Jawhead is not just the strongest early game jungler, is one of the strongest if not the strongest early game heroes in the game, like, seriously, you're a bully early game and you can snowball hard, especially if your allies are good for that, I was playing with my duo as the xp and roamer lane (I admit I was babysitting her quite a good amount) but the bully to the enemy xp lane was real, even when I started rotating, can you believe I almost managed to steal enemy's Yin turtle and I killed him when he had more hp than me and inside his ult while being stunned during early game? Yeah, he's that strong early, definitely my must buy hero (I only have trial cards), he's hella fun, easy to use and overall good in his 3 areas, which is why I also love ruby and to a lesser extent valir and Nana as well

Is saber's ultimate considered a cc? When clicking wanwan's remove cc effect at the right time, it drops her from the air and reduces damage. Although this does not always work as you need perfect timing because saber's ultimate is very fast, I still want to know, is saber's ultimate considered a cc or not :>
No its not considered cc since magic boots / the 30% anti cc doesn't work on it but you can still use wanwan 2nd to counter saber if you time it right
I'd say Freya is in decent state right now as a jungler. Lots of damage in early game, lots of CC and survivability makes her a good snowballer. You do need more braincells to play her than Balmond but she still is an extremely simple hero.

for now i prefer using martis or leo instead saber or balmond for jungle. i think the dificult its same but leo and martis can be sustain much better. the problem is balmond and saber can't escape war if its fail or u get ambush, i mean yes u have dash skill but after using dash skill the enemy still can catch u if they have a dash skill to. but leo and martis is different, yes, leo is very very weak if he not have his ult but after get buff since last patch his ult make him like have 2 cuiras and 2 athena in late game and his ult make his 1st and 2nd skill much less cooldown, not like balmond if u hit enemy with 2nd skill u will get stuck, but leo make enemy get knock back, same as leo, martis have dmg reduction on his 2nd skill for replacement the def buff like leo, and if u can manage his 2nd skill it will be no cd and the most benefit from martis 2nd skill u will be immune any cc except suppres.
*its just my oppinion if u already comfort with onother hero just use it, couse the most op hero is ur main hero, btw this oppinion is from my experience rank up from epic 2 to mythic 564 points and watching mpl, mpl id and ph espicialy

Tip for Saber: He is almost useless if his ultimate skill is on cooldown so it's better to stick with some teammates if your Sabers ultimate skill is on cooldown.

I dislike whenever i have saber nana or balmond on my team. saber (countered by wind of nature or winter truncheon) and balmond (countered by almost spam-able mages with ice queen wand) wont bring any impact for the team in the late game. Meanwhile for nana theres alot of other mages that brings more utilities such as valir, yve, or xavier
For ceci, I think CoD is on higher priority rather than ET (or rather, I only use ET if you have a good tank). With increased mana, Demon Shoes passive and that mage emblem (i forgor da name) will also increase more mana. So, git gud at last hitting. Next is LT, his power spike item. Try to keep track of your LT passive, and try to use it against squishy. Immagine the scream they make when suddenly their HP dropped to half. Revel yourself in their suffering. Next, is IQW. Smell your enemies' fear as they desperately run for their life, with ice on their feet, despairing for what may come. Overthrow your hunter with extra 10% magic ls and 7% movement (equals to a windtalker). The hunter has now become the hunted. Last 2 items would be a freestyle. Go for DG for percentage penet if 3 or more of your enemies built magic defenses. Or maybe punish those arrogant fools who think they can just evade your skillshots with GenW, make them regret their decision to not have magic defense. Perhaps ET for infinite mana and more slap against those imbecile tanks who think they can stand against your way. Or defensive items so those foolish mosquitoes that chasing you around understands that you are an unkillable god? Also maybe change your shoes to ET if you desire in late game.
I never ever build Enchanted Talisman. It's not 2nd and not 3rd slot because you want to reach your power spike asap. If you build elegant gem prior to boots, you don't run out of mana. It's not a good third item either because by that time you can't afford just to stack items (or it is not beneficial). As my 4th slot, I frequently select Genius Wand, Divine Glaive or, if situation is sad but not dire, Immortality. In rare occasions where everyone has some magic resistance but not enough for Divine Glaive, I can consider Holy Crystal. If you haven't bought Divine Glaive later, that's error 99% of the time. If you did but it, you usually want some slow or extra damage, to exert extra pressure. In either case, Enchanted Talisman doesn't fit. Early game it doesn't benefit as much as CoD & LT combo, while late game its benefits are too delayed and irrelevant as his mana issues must have been resolved by that that.
@@demenevdmitriy4175 Holy crystal is bad I think, ET would be better than that. It's cheaper, gave mana regen, and you shot your 1st skill a little bit faster (Even 0.5 seconds matter). Ofc you could opt to throw divine glaive due to Lighting Truncheon's weird damage mechanic (If your mana is over 4.3k something, it deals 1000 damage. The thing is, with 6k mana, even with athena, it will still deal around 1k damage. Freaky true damage right there) if you didn't have someone to cover and went with 3 defense items like a madman. You would deal around 60% of your dps with divine glaive, which still hurts, but it's traded with 200% more durability. It's that 1% situation though, as you have said before.
@@anandasatria7734 I like Holy Crystal not for its cost efficiency but for raw dmg. As I mentioned before, it's a rare occasion when I choose Holy Crystal. There's an important point for Cecilion when his first skill becomes incapacitating and enemies simply have to go back to heal or stay and die, if struck. By the time I get CoD< combo, I rarely experience mana issues, so mana regen becomes irrelevant. In addition, CD reduction on first skill is not too impactful at this stage of the game because usually you're bound by cast time and threats from enemies and you have to run after you hit. One more benefit of Holy Crystal is that you can decide to get early Divine Glaive instead, if delaying it is no longer beneficial.
P.S. I run ET only on Cyclops. On Alice (exp lane) I buy it only in rare occasions. Both Cyc and Alice at this point are rarely picked by me.
