Hello Ann! I have seen the videos for 98% of these cards and loved seeing them again! There are at least 20 of them that I want to do again for various birthdays this year, so thank you for reminding me! I'm so sorry you're having to deal with a few rude customers. I wish I lived near you so I could help you package your orders. Realize that you are under a lot of stress and don't burden yourself so much worrying about things you cannot do anything about. Maybe you should step back to a weekly video and as time allows, throw in a mid-week video as a surprise. No one wants to see you burn out - we're going to watch regardless of whether it's once a week or twice a week. Take good care of yourself Ann. Janet 💕

Ann, I am relatively new to your channel and really appreciate you. I lost my brother just recently and came across your channel and it has truly been a blessing. It’s been rough with so much else going on in my life but making cards is my escape. Sometimes I want to just scream, cry, roll around on the floor and then say a prayer, dust myself off and make a card😂. Sometimes I get creators block and turn your channel on to get inspiration. I appreciate your sharing. I agree with you also……anyone that is rude………..stuff it!

I am so sorry you are grieving your brother, how awful for you. I have wailed on the floor through grief, prayed and read the Psalms, got up and crafted. I started with cross stitch, the constant counting was like an exercise to stop the thinking. Anns Channel is full of colour and design, I love it here. I don't make cards but I have started making Anns boxes for organising, bought a laminator and enjoy the results. 💖Take care

Ann, Ann, Ann...take a minute and look at how many people you have inspired with your talent. There is absolutely no excuse for rudeness. Rude people are bullies, plain and simple. Don't give them your precious energy or validate them in any way!! From the looks of the bundles of products you sell and ship, you do not need rude customers!! Period. Love your brilliant cards.

I wished I lived closer to come and help! You can only do what you can. Don’t get upset by rude, self entitled people. Just ignore them. You are right, if that’s what they expect then don’t order! You do an amazing job, give yourself credit.

Hi. My personal view is that you are Wonder Woman! I couldn't even begin to do all that you have on your plate, running a home, business, family and all that it entails. I do worry that without taking regular time slots for yourself you will not be able to keep it up without detriment to your health. I have been watching your videos for about a year and in my experience not only do you show some beautiful card ideas along with your ordering website which is amazing value and I have loved everything I have bought from you. Those that expect more than you can do and give have no compassion or patience. Give them no time or energy. You have so many amazing ideas and make beautiful cards for us to try for ourselves, I just love what you produce, thank you so much. As for the rude people, who seem to need attention drawn to themselves and are SO hurtful, they are part of the horrible side of social media and won't go away, but there are lots of us who really appreciate everything you pack into your life alongside your actual personal life. I have had fun trying many ideas...my favourite is the Addictive ones!! Oh Ann I feel so bad for you to be treated like that. You are so talented and share that wonderful talent with us. Some people are so miserable in their own lives they feel the need to take it out on others. I know its easy for me to say ignore them but it usually isn't easy to do that. Just remember that for all the people who are rude to you there are many more that appreciate you and your talent.
Love all of your pretty cards! I think I've watched most of the videos of you doing tutorials for these! I'm always blown away at how easy you make them. I'm really glad your business is doing so good it's keeping you so busy. I know you are bound to be getting a bit overwhelmed, but please, try not to stress yourself. You do what you can, when you can. As far as these rude folks, I'm sorry! Some people are just butt heads! You take time for you, put up videos when you can. I love your videos. All of them. People who are giving you a hard time should think about what it would be like if they were in your shoes. Don't take their comments to heart. You know you are doing everything you can to get the orders out. Take care of yourself first and they will just have to wait. Hello, I have a regular job and I am trying to stock up on my cards to get ahead. I also help other people with ever day tasks. It is hard to make time to make my cards and try to stock up so I can start selling them. I am still trying to figure this whole business thing out. Still have to do other things to get this done soon to be business started. I feel stuck at some point, but I know that I will have to put in more time for myself and less to others that I help, Kind of a hard choice, but have to be done at some point because I love making my cards. I think I have a load of videos to watch, these cards are fabulous. As far as rude people are concerned, I know it's upsetting, but rise above it, they are not worth your upset. You can only do what you can do and if people don't like it, I would say that is their problem and the second word is "off". I was actually surprised at how quickly my order arrived, I really didn't expect it until later in the week and that would have been fine, I'm never in a rush and I know how busy you are. THANK YOU Ann for everything you do, I absolutely LOVE your videos and your products. Keep your chin up and first and foremost, look after yourself, that is more important

For those rude people I would just block them once you sent out their orders. Better still I'd refund them their money and not ship their order at all. Of course easier said than done. Anyway, never mind them Ann, chin up. You have a lot of fans that really admire you, including myself ❤

Anne please don’t let hateful people bother you. They are trying to make their problems into your problems. There is so much hate in this world right now. It’s not anything you did or didn’t do. You are such a kind person and I know it’s hard to understand why people gotta be like that. I don’t get it either, so I can’t and won’t make any excuses for them because there is no excuse for them. Haters just gonna take their shit out on others. You didn’t deserve that. Just tell them “ I am air, and you are glue, it bypassed me and stuck on you!” LOL what haters hate the worst is when you make them look like a big fat joke.
