how do you replace chain when it comes off

Hello... thanks for the review. I purchased this saw. Handheld works great, but when I set it up in the pole saw conversion it doesn't work. Any tips?

Make sure you have the battery connected to the bottom of the pole and make sure everything is locked in place correctly. That's all I can think of.

I believe it's all good. All connected as it should be. Then, of course, the controls at the bottom of the polesaw everything? Clearly I assume this to be the way to start and stop. Independent of the switch at the saw itself??
