Hi sorry, maybe wrong place for the topic but my Deebot T9 mop part does not move, when I connect ozmo pro to the deebot the light turns blue succefully however the mop does not move and it just wandering around in unusual manner. I really want to fix it. I have my Deebot for almost 2 years and for me its like little pet I dont want it to be replaced if I contact seller for warranty
I think already uploaded a video at this topic ...but never mind...when u attached Ozmo pro tank so light colour turns blue..then plz remove water tank then light colour should be turn to white...if it still remains blue it means ozmo connector got problem... normally red wire of connector break because of high speed of vibration...if you use soldering gun then can just solder back that wire that's all....if wires all connected firmly but still light colour remain blue after disconnected the tank then it means ozmo connector faulty...just replace connector
Hi, I have a ecovac 930 pro, its rotate on on 1 wheel (left) and sometimes its does not move from the charger and start cleaning. I assume it may be a problem with left wheel but not sure why sometimes it does not move from the charger at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 yes its rotate anticlockwise, but sometimes it doesn't move from charger as well, it says 'I'm starting the cleaning' then after few seconds the brushes start rotating while staying on charger itself. Are there any other issues as well?

Omni X1 & Turbo model yes can climb up & cross... but I I recommend put boundaries in this area.. wheel can Spoil faster

If ur deebot turning clockwise then right wheel issue if turn Anti Clockwise then left wheel got some issues..
