I am certainly aware that these aren't really Ballet routines, because the aldc doesn't really do that. These are the 5 (only) dances entered in the ballet category and therefore the routines in this video. It's just my opinion!
Hate to break it to you but this is characterised ballet a style recognised by many professional ballet companies In which they incorporate in many of their performances. Look at renditions of Alice and wonderland and thumbalina both include characterised ballet
Maddie performed a BALLERINAS solo and then a few years later she was a voice actress in a movie called BALLERINA ... (How successful, she deserves it tho..)👏🏻👍🏻👌🏻😌🙂😍😘😘
I'm actually not and even if i was, it's just my opinion. I liked the dance itself best, the music and especially the ballet steps which weren't as present in some other dances. SO don't tell me I'm doing this unfairly because it really is "just" my opinion

It’s so cute. 2) I’m definitely dumb or something because I thought you ended with black swan and I was about to say didn’t Maddie have a solo called Ballerina. And the 2 seconds in to typing that, the video played it. I guess I saw 1 instead of 2 for Black Swan. And person opinion, if Chloe hadn’t stumbled that turn sequence in In For The Thrill, I definitely think I would have put that first and pushed every other dance back one spot.

(no hate to the video maker) Just because they wear tutu's or have ballet like music, doesn't make it ballet. If you look in all the dances l, they don't even wear ballet shoes. They either wear jazz shoes or cheater shoes/half soled shoes. And there absolutely no ballet elements in the dances at all. Even Maddie's so called "Ballet solo" had LYRICAL elements in it, not ballet. Very, VERY rarely do people in REAL ballet roll around on the ground unless it is a transfer of weight. And even then, there isn't much rolling around on the ground. So once again, these are NOT ballet dances or even close to them. Whether thy are in the ballet catagory or not.
