Not to deviate but the Incline has had some renovations since this video to make it a bit more ‘friendly’ to tourists, beginner incliners. A lot of friendly people are usually on the steps, a lot of regulars. Young soldiers oftentimes do PT on the Incline. It’s always nice to see any and everyone finish what they start. Love seeing the inclined featured. It’s a nice, straightforward workout.

I've never done anything like that stair climb but I'm just curious, is it possible for Crawford to run it or just go at a normal pace? I've never done it so that's why I ask.
The sound quality is not very good. Got it on loud and still having to concentrate on what they are saying. Good video's and what a beautiful place to live.
I would not like training in Colorado cause of the Altitude. I have Asthma. Living in Texas for most of my life and training in the Texas heat isn't easy.
