Yugioh always has some luck in it. While you are essentially gambling in tears the consistency of hitting a card that gains you advantage is so high because of how many names you play and milliers. DPE would not have made much of or probably no difference at all. DPE triggers all the tear cards because it would send them to the gy upon destroying them. The shufflers can just shuffle it back if it destroys itself

So not only do you have to fit in space for Zombie Vampire, But ALSO Bahamut and Toad, And S:P gives even more value to those cards, So basically 4 cards Way too much commitment. Definitely only worth it in badly nerfed versions like today's banlist

Furthermore, the prank player had the fusion spell for battle butler. So damage from griffon rider + brave token + battle butler + the 3 prank kids from summoning battle butler is more than 8k. Before attacking, dracoback can bounce one card for a guaranteed otk.
