I teach indoor cycling. These sings are great for: sprint repeats 15-90seconds. Hill continuos incline and repeats. The best is "Century Training." ( flat road endurance 100 mile training.) Awesome. Rise and worship. Breathing deep and pressing towards the finish line is the goal. And praising God in Christ on a bike Oh!! YEAH!!
