哈哈哈陕西不论腊汁肉夹馍还是潼关肉夹馍都是只夹肉，其他地方见过放辣椒的，应该是借鉴了驴肉火烧。这个后边还有香菜卤蛋豆皮生菜辣椒油确实挺震撼😂

唉唷！朋友們肉夾膜只是種噱頭罷了，但西安地區確實是這種型式的做法，只是夾的食材不同罷了，有羊肉，牛肉的，但仔細看看這跟台灣的卦包有什麼不同，只是多個滷蛋豆皮就貴成這樣子呵呵呵呵！

There's nothing better than great tasting street food with real natural ingredients! Everything here in the West is made with preservatives so more money can be made by the big food corporations. In Taiwan, shelf life for bread was 2~3 days before mold started to set in. Here in the West a loaf of bread can easily go 3 weeks without going moldy.
Since taste is everything in Taiwan, in order for a vendor to survive the night market the vendor has to cater to the needs of its customers. This means that word of mouth is the best form of advertising and vendors must give what the people want otherwise people will take their business and wallets elsewhere.

哇！原来在台湾也有肉夹馍啊！我大学就在西安念书，肉夹馍一般只有肉不加青椒和卤蛋。这边其实有两种肉夹馍，还有一种是用烤的不加油酥饼叫“白吉馍”，吃起来没有潼关肉夹馍脆，还是更喜欢潼关肉夹馍。
