My mom was a big Charles Wesley Godwin fan and she passed away last August from Pancreatic Cancer. She loved Coal Country and Jessie. Used to sing them in the car. Anyway she would be so happy he got to play the Opry. What a talent he is and seems a great guy too. Congrats CWG 😊

Charles is a different singer. I’ve listened to him for a few years now. I remember nights driving home from work listening to Charles. He sings not about sex money and drugs, but about his struggles and life experiences we can all relate from and learn from. January of 2022 I went to see him (first concert I’ve ever been to). I went with my wife and it was an absolutely pleasure to experience. I met him after the show and was kinda star stuck at first but realized how humbled and amazing of a person he actually is. His music is different, in such a way where almost all the worlds problems stop and all you can do is listen and truly enjoy. On my wedding day, I created a play list of what I wanted. I didn’t realize at first but almost all the songs I had on my play list were from Charles. Charles paints such a beautiful picture with his songs that really captivates and really makes you appreciate and cherish the moment you’re in. I got married in the mountains of North Georgia. There ain’t nothing like seeing the rolling hills and valleys near Brasstown Bald while listening to such an amazing singer. Love you Charles! ❤
