How d BP and RR will help in diagnosis of lymphadenopathy ?!

Vital parameters must be taken in each and every patient. These are a part of General Examination.
These tell us the clinical status of the patient

Yess totally agreed but as you explained others like CBC will help us to rule out leukaemia like that .....
I was bit confused
