The bottom line, of Trump's defence is "Aw Judge this ain't fair! The evidence against my client is too incriminating. The witness knows far too many details. We deserve a mistrial!". Unless I've learned all the wrong lessons about trials: aren't they supposed to be an adversarial process? Just because the weight of testimony is crushing the defendant, it doesn't mean the trial is rigged.

McChao sounds like a Scots location of Mickey D's. I love the research "Mitch" did on Stormy's film repertoire! Seriously, though, her encounter with 45 sounds more like an assault; he blocked her from leaving, and her description of feeling disoriented and "staring at the ceiling" during the act is classic with r*pe victims (and yes, adult film stars can be r*ped - nonconsentual is nonconsentual). Whatever happens, Stormy should be regarded as an American hero.
