#DisguisedToast #OfflineTV #Fiverr - Игры
If these animators ever have a kid, they’ll probably make their kids take morning poo’s every day because of this commercial.
I think you should make Fiverr do a theme song or a jingle for you, only based off some direction maybe. It would include a lot of parts so it may be more expensive but also would be nice to see the end results.
safiya nygaard did that, still uses the jingle until now
I was going to say the same thing, design a song or a theme song
I just hear 'this is safiyas, new - intro sooooong'
This one is the best idea.
It is something that Toast can actually use if it goes well.
Maybe it can be for the shangchi segment.
its like Michael Reeves tutoring. Many companies but the same guy.
i was gonna comment the same thing man KEKW
I think it's one company that outsources the design and animation and to the people on fiver. So it's many people but 1 company
i had the same thought 🤣
@@korchansan I’m guessing it’s just software that they’ve purchased that makes easy animations.
They all use Animakers. They have backgrounds and character templates.
I like how chat was immediately saying it's a scam like michael's coding lessons monopoly
Well they all literally use the same art
@@Zoiler Thats because they all use go animate thats has the standard assets you see in the videos. The 10 to 80$ range is to cheap to include original art and animation. You would have to give at least 1K for that.
@@marcuskolbe5204 You mean artists deserve pay? **HERESY!** /s
I immediately had the same thought
@@LordDragox412
This is why the eggheads are working to make AI that replaces those lazy expensive artists.
Whoever did the $10 one deserves way more, hope they can up their rate a little going forward
Probably the same company who did that 50 and 80 dollar one
@@asuraXTC Toast was probably wrong about that one, they all just use the same app/program with premade scenes.
Its still a terrible ad. No ones going to purchase a product from a company which shitty ads. Its literly clip art with PowerPoint transitions.
@@dontreadmychanneldescripti7104 no one is gonna work for hours on end on making custom assets and animation for such low prices
@@Miniko That doesn't negate the fact that their service is literly worthless for advertising. It's like charging $1 for a bullet proof vest made of leather. It's worth it for the price, yet still useless. They should increase the quality of the ad WHILST charging more.
What I found interesting is how the higher budget ones bothered fixing the “new kind of a toast” part while the others didn’t.
They all say “a new kind of bread”
Although the $80 still left it in the text, they only corrected it in the voice over.
i thought this was me for a second
10-50 were definitely using some stock assets, same with the 80 dollar one. 75 seemed like custom graphic design, and the time went into that rather than animation. And tbh for custom design that’s a great price.
But tbh in these price ranges, these stock asset minimal effort stuff is what u get. Proper design, animation, editing etc. will take a whole other price range.
Tbh the 10,50and 80 used the same website. When I was at school we used it for projects, you type in a script and such and add the animations
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Yeah the program they used is called vyond and it comes with it's own characters and animations, that's why it's similiar
Petition for Toast's editor (If he has one, OR more) to make their own take for this challenge.
Yeahhh!
Editor is not animator though, but idk, he had animations in his among us videos for example, so maybe?
Uppp
If he has one? Bruh, do you think he shits out ten videos a day on his own?
@@Ajinzem well, with LaxaToast it's possible to shit that many quality videos!
#4 should've won IMO, just from the fact that she used her own animations rather than using existing animations.
But it wasn't actually animated. It was pictures. So yea real art was used, but it wasn't animated. I definitely think that one and four were really close to on par with each other.
I mean, the drawings used were stock photos most likely
I think toast should pay members of offline tv to see how they would do the commercial
OfflineTV recreates Celine's commercials
This format is called a "problem-solution" style ad. You establish the problem, and then introduce the product that solves it. However in your ad your problem is "kids don't want to eat vegetables" so your solution is to give them laxatives. LMAO. The only logical connection I can make is this product is intended to punish children.
I didn't even realise that😭LMAO
I've learnt from this video that despite having no experience in animation and sucking at drawing, I can be a fiverr animator with my measly video editing skills and a stock art subscription lol
Not even stock art, there are a few stock programs that have all of those animations already prepared. I'm absolutely worthless on editing and even I managed to put together a video for a student project in an hour or so
Idea for next video: Lily vs Fiverr. Maybe a logo design or some other sort of art commission. A D&D character by description only? It would be interesting to see what they come up with.
Would be a nice idea but lily would win every time because of biased fans
@@leongarn5026 or have it all anonymous
Then just like vincent said, dont reveal who made it. Make them choose first, then if possible, shows the process afterward. Thatd make it more anonymous imo :)
I cant stop laughing at “laced with child-friendly laxatives” 😭😂😭
LaxaToast available now! :D
You got scammed with the $50 one xD
fr
Most definitely
The first and last 3 were literally using the same art
@@MaksKCS I think they all use the same app to create animations - Animaker, and what comes with it - sets of characters and backgrounds to use. I don't think a single one of them created any art for this job, just used pre-made stuff and put it together.
My favorite part was how passionate Toast got over the lack of quality in this $50 commercial for a fake nonsense product about helping kids poop.
EDIT: Also how Toast said at the end that he "wanted to do something related to me." Child-friendly laxatives in baked goods?
The animations were great, but Toast needs some credit for the script.
Didnt they just copy the animation from one source ? I thought they will create they own animation like Lily does
@@m1l917 That fact is compensated by how good the script is. 👍👍👍
@@noahjacob5552 Ye, but that script made Toast not animators :)
@@m1l917 creating your own animations would definitely cost a lot more than what they were paid
Animation were not great at all, but they aren’t supposed to be or expected to be at that price range.
This is the price point of mass produced stock assets and low effort, as should be expected.
Good animation requires time, effort, and a price point that not only pays for those, but the talent and experience in the person who makes it.
Honestly, I'm actually kinda glad that most of these - if not all - used existing assetts and stuff for their animations bc even the highest price of these would still be insanely insanely cheap for a whole animation video. Fiverr hasn't exactly been helpful in the neverending battle of making people respect artists and paying them what they should be getting paid, so I'm glad these people actually put in an amount of work equal to their value lmao (except the 10 dollar one, that one is still ridiculously cheap and needs to raise their price).
I was just about to say, even paying 80 and expecting original artwork + animation + voiceover + music is not realistic.. this would involve so much time and effort and think of how much the artist would earn in the end.. it is actually so depressing
@@helimaarja7216 Yeah, exactly, that's why it annoyed me that everyone in chat (and even Toast I believe) called these scams bc its gonna make people expect actual animation for this kind of money, which is insane bc that would have to mean an artist working their ass off for probably a dollar an hour or something within these price ranges. People don't understand that it takes weeks just to make a super short animation, and in general just have so little respect for artists, it sucks.
And there are no taxes in these prices 😕
Happy I can find comments like this, because it bothered me too 😅
@@littleannilotti Omg exactly, but it's even worse than that bc people don't think about people having to pay their taxes and even worse is that on top of that Fiverr takes 20% commission so all of these prices that Toast paid in these videos, all these people only got 80%, so the 10 dollar person only got 8, the 50 dollar one only got 40, etc, like imagine working maybe two hours for less than 8 dollars?? Fiverr is awful for workers
@@Bandersnatchrjg Yes I felt the same way! I totally agree with the og comment and these replies ^^
The $75 dollar one was a great commercial. I actually made me consider buying laxatoast.
That reminds me of Michael Reeves when he was teaching coding for people and created more than one website so he gets more students. 200IQ
bot just copied your comment
The 75$ feels like they made more commercial stuff... it feels professional
Agreed. The production was professional. I think opinions would be different if people couldn’t tell they’d used the same software (or assets?) as the cheaper options. The only thing I saw in that commercial that I felt was lacking was some of the type design.
It came off as an actual creative person who could honestly charge a lot more in the market they compete in. Seemed like they actually designed all assets themselves and if true then at 75 dollars they are underselling their efforts.
@@JeFilm94 still felt like clipart to me, maybe they bought rights for it (something like a shutterstock subscription to get rid of the watermark.)
I thought the kid sitting on the toilet was weird and the animation was stiff and the character's design didn't look like they could relate to a kid or parent in real life
@@Chachixo For me the only thing I saw that was not too good, the transition with sliding was not bad. The main issue I had the constant cuts to different frames. Like it just jumps to the next one very quickly. Besides that to me it looks fine overall.
I feel like he’s expecting too much from what’s really a tiny amount of money for an animated commercial, when you think about the time that something like this should take no shit they’re cutting a shit ton of corners even with the $80 one.
Of course tiny amount won't cut the corner if we talking about real animation with original asset. But if you watch the video, you would expect $50 will do better than the $10... even if the asset were reused/same animation, you would almost think the higher price would do better..
@@lowerfive6318 Well the issue with the 10 dollar versus the 50 dollar animations is actually that the 10 dollar one is priced WAY too low for the amount of effort they put into it. The 50 dollar one just gave 50 dollars' worth of animation, while the 10 dollar one gave way too much effort for its price.
Well they're not even animated by hand I'm pretty sure they're all using apps
@@JokeHatesItHere exactly. They are all using the same app. It’s essentially like creating a PowerPoint with the built in clip art
@@HappyBeeGaming Yeah, people are saying it's priced too low but they're preset animations?
"laced with child friendly laxative" is never not funny
The first one is great quality for 10 usd. Way better thsn the 50 usd one and slightly better than the 35 usd one. It's crazy the more expensive it gets the worse the commercial becomes.
Idk the more expensive ones seemed to fit the amount of money payed better. The $10 one seems like way too much effort for what little he got paid
most of them are using a program called vyond, it comes with a ton of premade assets and animations, im pretty sure it’s free as well. i feel like you’re giving way too much praise for something that probably took 10-20 minutes to make, lol
Honestly, even $100 for a 30 second animation I’d consider *incredibly* cheap when it comes to animation. Everyone here just uses the same cheap assets/animation rigs, but he paid for what he got imo. I would’ve loved to see him pay higher end animations
Yeah and the reason the majority of them had similiar assets was because they were all using the same program (it's called Vyond) and it comes with it's own characters and animations
@@msGirlyest ah thanks for giving the name of the program, I had been wondering where the assets came from
This is a genius idea.
Elon Musk be like:
If I were an animator & had that script, I would literally draw out kids beating eachother up for the bathroom 🤣
They are almost all using an animation website called go animate and that’s why the characters and sets are the same so he got the same thing three times with almost the same quality but varying prices what a scam
this price range will be not for legitimate animator anyways
You cant expect original artwork with the amount he is paying lmao. They would range around $1k- $10k
+
@@russellweefs !!! gotta keep in mind this is presumably for profit. These videos are cheaper than getting a commercial license for some fonts or simple graphics, let alone an animation.
@@Chachixo Exactly, this is why op is wrong for expecting more than stock art when the prices are only $100 and below.
At those rates it shouldn't be surprising you're getting a lot of stock art. This is really the animation equivalent of a $.50 sketch -- where you're lucky you're getting anything, let alone anything of value. Most of what you're paying for in this case is the editing rather than the animation, as animation at these rates would be obscene, and most of the sellers do edit quite well.
The “editing” on these is mostly just using very basic tools on the same online app that all 5 of them are using
co-sign 100%
Very interesting and fun content ideas, Toast never fails to impress.
Dead body reported
Every "idea" he is doing has been done a million times before, he is just re-hashing old youtube content that many many other have done
@@sncaterd just have to drag everyone down.
10 dollars for the first commercial? That's hella value. Props
I cannot express how I felt when I saw almost all of them were using those stupid animation apps with preset characters and movements
literally, I guess you could expect that with the cheap price and all that, but i feel like they were getting way more praise than what was due
You should test people's moral by giving different fake products
Pewdiepie tried that once in 2017… it didn’t turn out well for him, or the rest of RUclips 😅
Fiverr Idea: Hire users to make a random story with a plot that is exciting
Toast you god damn genius. I cracked up when the animation showed the kid running for the bathroom while another was being bullied
I laughed so hard at this, such a fun idea. Seems like Toast never needed Among Us to make S-tier content.
This is interesting content. Hope you do more like this!
You should next hire writers in fiver to create a story involving a super dumb plot.
i work for mathnasium and they use the same animations for their instructional videos. i'm pretty sure it's a downloadable animation pack
This was hilarious. Making them say laced instead of infused made it all the better.
Honestly props to $10 person on value for money vs everyone else.
You should definitely do more of these types of videos. Very enjoyable
Hiring people that would make a song/jingle about Disguised Toast seems fun 😂
Toast should using some of Michael inventions for the ads, Imagine trying to sell pissbot lol.
Loving these new unique video ideas Toast. You've been killing it.
im glad you are pumping out content, keep it coming!
Imagine toast just writing the LaxaToast script on the first day of the new year
I like how they all still said “a new kind of ‘a’ bread” when that sounds horrible gramatically.
the price actually goes up like this because most of the "animators" that are making videos are actually buying short clips or models from different creators and websites. so they pay $10 to the likes of the first animators and then compile them together and re-sell it for more profit. they figured out the trick of buy cheap, sell high.
it's funny toast saw the cat and figured something was sus
They're prolly all using the same software with the same stock assets. Nothing sus about it.. It's what you get for basically no money.
I think I've seen people do this back in the day, but it's honestly such a fun idea. Maybe you can hire people to write and make a video for a song about you or your friends.
toast hope you have a good year! you deserve it
As a parent of a child who has been on Laxatives for years due to health issues I would totally invest in this!
id love this to be a trend or challenge between editors and animators at this point lmao
10:25 It's from an animation website. It's premade animated characters and decor. I used that website to make school presentation before.
Staying up late has never been worth it as much as now
The art and animation industry already has issues with being underpaid. 😅 A handful of these animators use open source art to streamline their animation work. It would take so much time and effort to make each asset on your own, so while I do see how other people find the higher prices to be outrageous, a 30-second clip with hand-drawn assets would most likely run you over $100.
exactly! the fact that people were expecting more from these poverty rates … :(
I think the 75 used original assets for most of it
Do Twitch Emote packs to add more emotes + chat decides which is best and what would they want to use.
Petition for toast to make a merch out of this. (it's actually a good name, like LaxaToast feels like a hit name in my opinion)
tbh all the artworks are available online for free so it's not uncommon to see the same art being used by different animators.
tbh animators needs more like 200-400$ for a proper job spanning a few days.
This. All the teens or young adults saying "No way this was worth 75 dollars" in chat. Wait until you need to hire a professional animator from a Western country and they nearly cost that much per hour.
Yea, that's why all he got was clipart and animations made with GoAnimate. You can't actually animate something for that little money
Tbh the first one raised expectations lol.
atleast that amount for a thirty seconds ad.. I'd ask for maybe 500-1k if I were to put in any effort.
@@darrelltufto5891 That's why you don't hire a professional animator from a Western country. They'd outsource the work to a professional animator from an Eastern country anyway, so you might as well skip that step. /s
AMAZING CONCEPT
Did anybody else notice how similar the 10 dollar and 50 dollar ones were? The animation style was the same, plus some of the motions, rooms, and even the salad bowl was the exact same drawing. Theyre either using some sort of website or its the same person.
They aren't owned by the same animator. They have got all their vector art from another website. They didn't make any of the art nor did they use an actual voice over lol. 10-85 dollars is extremely cheap, you can't really expect a customised art and animation.
He keeps mentioning how "much" he paid for animation, yet I don't think toast understand how much animation cost..like everything else. $100 should be the minimum for a 30 second animation
I'm pretty sure he knows the estimated cost of animation and how expensive they were. OTV did a 2 min animated music video last year
Tbh none of these were really "animations", most of them were just clip arts zooming across the screen, at most it was a dog moving it's head up and down and the boy moving his legs
TOAST VID ALWAYS MAKE MY MOOD UP
The $10 one was better because working at that price they're probably still new to the site. So they under price to attract buyers and overperform for high ratings.
I'm also a Fiverr contractor btws
Toast becoming MrToast is something interesting
"Whenever you feel useless just remember that White Pencils like me exist"
-White Pencil
Whites😏
You're not useless! White pencils are awesome for drawing on foam and rubber when making things like cosplay props and fake swords.
The best part of the entire thing is hearing them say "laced" 🤣😂😂🤣
The most expensive one was definitely the best. I’m pretty sure they all used stock items anyway, but the last person’s animation was very high quality, it didn’t feel stiff, and the style of the whole commercial was matching (the mix of art and real photos in some of the other commercials felt really weird).
The $10 person should definitely charge more for their stuff though, it wasn’t the best overall but it was better than some of the much more pricey ones.
I love it when Toast does spend money it gives me the illusion that he loses money to entertain us - while he makes bank on the video & stream so good for both sides.
Also tax exemption

@@ofurious587 Thanks went on a rant.
and your comment got stolen gg
What if somebody steals this idea and made laxatoast .It will be really funny if that happens
will never be approved. Laxatives on children food is a no no no situation
You should make a competition for music for your podcast. Intro and outro, break 1 and 2 outro and intro back, dramatic and upbeat bgm for emphasis, none need be longer than 5-10 seconds but you are looking for a consistent style that matches the feeling you want from your podcast. You get youtube content + one of the missing elements from your podcast that other podcasts typically have. If you want a really good example, listen to the music queues in The Ezra Klein Show, they are all very simple string instrument progressions but they definitely up the production value considerably.
I honestly expected that most Fiverr animators used the same free puppet animation program, and I was right
There is probably someone who does original animation with their own original characters somewhere on that website, but I'd assume for a higher price and are probably very rare to find
😂😂imma have dreams about the commercials, I just know it

I don't think this word does either

There’s always a shit ton of typos in the subtitles on his channel lol. Since before amongus it was the same weird typos.
Either a song or animation for sure
Toast: there's no animation, just sliding
Editor: I can do that too
I love how Toast acts as if the fact that lacing kids food with laxatives is bad ISN’T common knowledge

Nah I think Laxatoast makes out day better
I think a good Fiverr challenge is to have them draw something like let them finish your art, draw you something like that or let them make you a youtube "intro" with your logo. Something that involves drawing or animation pretty cool.
The 2nd one used this website that does the hand animation thing and stuff. I recognize it and used it a long time ago but forgot what it was called. They actually all seem to be using the same site/software.
Feeding my kids laxatoast today
you should've gave that for jaiden animations toast!
Yeahhh!
I’m loving this new content. going into a whole new world of content.
Toast not knowing there are free/cheap animation makers hurts my heart, he could make these in half an hour
Obviously they're not gonna include much, if any, original assets or animation at such low prices. If you want someone to actually animate for you, you need to pay them a fair wage.
Title should be: "I got scammed by animators by paying them to make a commercial for my fake product"
Scammed? Animation takes hours if not days to do. He didn't get scammed, he got his money's worth.
@@smji5269 this animation did not take hours / days. They are all using an app that has all these assets and transitions setup for you and it’s like a single click of a button. That’s why they had the same kitchen, it wasn’t the same guy just the same app
honestly i think all of them should be paid more even if they make something bad or lazy, especially the 10 dollar one
0:00 Imagine misspelling paid and turning it into payed, couldn't be me.
It's not the same animator but they all use the exact same animation program lmao, toast got scammed so hard 🤣
The only one in danger of being scammed is the person paid less than 200 dollars to do any orignal art. If you want talent and effort, you best pay a decent wage.
