Hi Tom - a great video on a very interesting topic. I want to use the Gantt -Calendar View going forward in my MS Project file. However, I've noticed an issue that I cannot seem to resolve in terms of what the Calendar View displays, or should I say doesn't display. I have nothing filtered in my MS Project file and then I go over to the Calendar view. Then I shrink the Calendar View down to just one week and I see multiple tasks displayed but I'm confident that I'm not seeing all tasks for any given day that I check. I confirm this by going to the Calendar Format tab and then I click on Task List from the Show/Hide group. From the Task List I see what MS Project has a check mark by and I also see what doesn't have a check mark which are the tasks not being displayed in the Calendar View even though there is a ton of room to show them. Have you seen this type of thing and/or what would you recommend me trying in order to display more if not all applicable tasks on a day/week? Thank you, Dan D.
Thank you Tom for this video. My question on the calendar view I am only interested in see the Start Date Only. Is there away to get this view without showing Start and End date per task?
