Fgo has a big history and divided into 3 Arcs, so far they have only animated some chapters of Arc 1 (Timeless Temple) like the first singularity and the 7th singularity Babylonia.
Muramasa recently appears in the chapters of Arc 1.5 (Epic of Remmant) and Arc 2 (Cosmos in the Lostbelt), for which the anime still has a long way to go.

I'd recommend lord el melloi case files, it's the story of waver after the events of the fourth holy grail war and his current state.
however if you're not only limited to anime I'd really recommend fate strange fake: a light novel/manga (though the manga is kinda behind)
also, in case you didn't know, babylonia is one of the stories in the mobile game called "Fate Grand Order" and it's not really that great to watch unless you've played it and know what they're talking about
