If you "kind of" resemble a celebrity in the face but your facial features that you don't share are less attractive and if the celebrity has a body that is extremely different from yours such that it puts yours to shame, it's not worth mentioning that you kind of resemble the person in the face. The bad outweighs the good too much to mention the good. If it just has to be said then, in addition to or instead of saying "it's just the eyes and hair" as a means of clarification, she should say with emphasis "but our other facial features and bodies are *TOTALLY* different!"
I am a portrait artist, and I know faces. Chelsea does resemble Megan Fox in her hair and eyes, and a lot in the nose. Their light eyes and the shape of their eyes are the same, but their eyebrows are differently shaped. They are similar in the mouth and lips when smiling big, but their lips are differently shaped when at rest. Also, Chelsea's chin is completely different from Megan's. And yes, Megan Fox has had many surgeries, but they weren't twins even before her surgeries. What Chelsea actually said to Jimmy is that other people only tell her that because of her "light eyes and dark hair." Perhaps she should've gone on to say that there's a passing resemblance, but there are also a lot of differences between them, so don't expect a Megan Fox. In that case, Jimmy would have lowered his expectations and not have accused her of lying. Which she didn't. But she didn't clarify either.

Chelsea felt insecure enough in the pods to drop in an implication that she looks like Megan Fox to Jimmy, clearly in an effort to win him over. I think Chelsea felt that Jimmy would be more attracted to Jessica, so that is where the Megan conversation came in to play. And obviously it worked. But at the end of this, what I really saw was a deeply insecure person that should never have been on this show. As others have stated, she knew what she was doing when she told that to Jimmy. She also had the opportunity to clarify that there were a lot of aspects that were different about them. But she wanted to get the engagement, so why would she do that?

Do you know what made me realize that we definitely totally changed our beauty standards? When I wanted to show a friend some girls I thought were the epitome of beauty when I was a teen in the early 2000s. I then looked at their pics, that used to be my absolute beauty goals, and went "Meh" They weren't THAT beautiful after all... That's when I realized it was not that they were not still super stunning but that what I expected people to look now was totally unrealistic. If you look at older photos of Megan fox when she had a fuller face, you can definitely see how they have similar features. I think people saying she was catfishing or over exaggerating her looks really didn’t pay attention to what she said. She basically said she has similar features such her eyes and hair color. Do you know what made me realize that we definitely totally changed our beauty standards? When I wanted to show a friend some girls I thought were the epitome of beauty when I was a teen in the early 2000s. I then looked at their pics, that used to be my absolute beauty goals, and went "Meh" They weren't THAT beautiful after all... That's when I realized it was not that they were not still super stunning but that what I expected people to look now was totally unrealistic. If you look at older photos of Megan fox when she had a fuller face, you can definitely see how they have similar features. I think people saying she was catfishing or over exaggerating her looks really didn’t pay attention to what she said. She basically said she has similar features such her eyes and hair color.
