Knowing the hormones that come after birth, my heart does go out to Bex. Even though she must had been in the mindset for the entire time knowing she was just carrying those baby’s so that Ollie and Gareth can now become the parent they always dreamed and hoped to be, it must be so hard to emotionally let go. She is so brave xxx
Yes it's her I was thinking about, carrying two babies and feeling them grow and move inside you is the most amazing feeling and a mother loves your baby before it's even born. I really hope she's ok.
My love goes out to Bex, hoping she is ok and she is amazing for what she has done for Ollie and Gareth. An absolute super caring woman for helping make this happen xx❤
They will be wonderful parents and how fantastic to be able to deliver so much happiness that will last a life time to two people who will love and cherish those precious little souls.Wish them all the very best.
Wow how very special this was, thank you for sharing. You have the most beautiful babies and you are both going to be amazing Daddies. I started tearing up from your taxi ride, followed by a constant flow of such happy tears when you both got to hold your babies for the first time, seeing the love was magical, I had no idea you would be so generous and share that truly amazing clip, very powerful indeed. You are both so authentic and make the world a better place. Congrats to you Ollie & Gareth and sending respect love and kindness to Bex too 🙏
As I said last time, we have 5 sets of twins in the family, always unidentical, always one blond and one darkhaired, dark one no matter the sex, always looks like us. My nephews were born at 7 months, Jed was only 1.2 kgs and Trent was 2.1kgS. There heads were a perfect fit into our hands. One forgets, this reminded me of flying in Springbok rugby jerseys for their first game, which they drowned in, given tomorrows game in England. So much love to you both, you are both so in love with the babies, it's written all over your faces. So blessed you are sharing. lots of love, Shaan, Gqeberha, South Africa
Im so happy for you both. My Twinnies were 6wks premature too. They were so tiny and full of tubes just like yours.. Your journey has brought me back to that same journey that I went through with my babies. I got so emotional remembering too as one of my girls also kept stopping to breathe but she was a fighter too. And 2wks later they finally came home with me..
Considering this was your first time parenting experience you've done amazingly. Getting that call to say those babies were coming early must have been really scary. Congratulations to you both. Such a beautiful family.
Oh ollie the look of pure love on your faces when you held them on your chests for the first time made my heart skip a beat ( and maybe a few tears) so incredibly happy for you both , I hope your precious little ones continue to thrive and get bigger xx 💙💗
Loved this vid, and big love to you all! My 2nd eldest nephew was born 11 weeks prem and this brings back all the memories of seeing him when he was only a few hours old, the smallest baby I'd ever seen. He was in an amazing NICU hospital up north and as it was 18 years ago, skin on skin for babies that premature was still relatively new - the norm was to keep them wrapped up and in incubators. His hospital were big advocates of preemies having skin on skin contact and my sister held him a lot - he went from strength to strength and came home before his original birth due date. He's just smashed his A-levels and has grown into a wonderfully caring, funny and smart young man.
Congratulations! Our little boy was 7 weeks early - what a surprise and scare - I don’t think anything prepares you for it, but I am so glad they are both safe and healthy 🩵🩷 enjoy your time together and HUGE thank you to all the amazing neonatal nurses and doctors around the country who look after these little warriors! X
I worked in a hospital and my favourite place was the neonatal units SCBU and the size of the babies and the pictures of babies when they were older and had left. The staff in those units are amazing and I will never forget the amazing work they did and how incredible the atmosphere was in them. Miracles literally.
Ollie, I’ve followed your journey for years and was so happy for you when the wonderful Gareth came into your life. Seeing you both now becoming the loving parents I know you will be, leaves my heart overflowing with love and joy for your little family. Health and happiness to all of you for many years to come ❤❤❤❤
As an original OG viewer of MIC when I fancied the pants off Ollie with his long flowing hair(!), I have to admit I am completely invested in Daddy's Diaries with these two adorable funny men! Watching Ollie and Gareth hold their little ones made me cry and then I couldn't stop..Thanks guys! I couldn't be happier for the both of you ❤👶🏻👶🏻💔
Becoming a parent is one of the scariest but also one of the happiest things in the world. It’s heartwarming knowing they are thriving. Seeing big strong men cuddling a very small baby is beautiful. I wish the 4 of you all the best as you embark on this exciting new stage of your life’s journey. 🥰
I went to senior school with Ollie (a few years below but my brother was in his year & shares his name) it's so lovely to see him become a daddy! I remember him so well at school it's quite funny to be able to see how he is on here. Congratulations though guys! I hope you're getting some sleep! X
Oh my goodness guys! 🩷💙 so many congratulations! The babies are just gorgeous and you’re going to be the best dads, what lucky children they’ll be to have your love and guidance. You’ve gone through hell and back and they’re finally here safe and sound 🥹you’ll be two very special daddy’s… so much love to give. Enjoy every second being a family. 💙💙💙🩷
Well I'm crying at 6am. What amazing Daddies you have become from the moment I heard your interview with Gi on happy mum happy baby I absolutely knew you guys were going to be the best parents, but seeing you hold Apollo and Cosima 😢 tears of joy. Congratulations to you and your little family unit. 🩷💙
You guys really HAVE to stop making me cry!!!! I have cried with you so many times through the years - losses, marriage and now this beautiful time for you both. I am so deeply happy for you - you both deserve all the happiness in the world you wonderful human beings ❤
I love you guys. Been watching your journey and wishing for you to get your dream and become dads. We went through 8 years of trying, multiple losses and 4 rounds of IVF before we finally got our daughter, so I really empathised with everything you were going through. So pleased for you, it brings tears to my eyes. And how amazing is your surrogate, I am in awe of surrogates, so amazing they do this for people. Cant wait to watch the rest of your journey as your beautiful children grow
God bless you all. My son was 2 months early. 21 years ago. He’s an amazing person. The nurses at the Nic u’s at the hospitals all around are angels sent from heaven

What beautiful precious moments....such lucky babes they are having a future filled with so much love ! If only every child born were so lucky !! God Bless you all !! x
I am thrilled that you are sharing this journey with everyone. In a podcast, I heard Ollie say that he was from Southampton. Gosh I almost felt related! I grew up in the New Forest but worked in Southampton. There are lots of twins in our family and the parents always said it was easier to bring up twins rather than a single child as they always had company. One of you will have to be the disciplinarian as it's impossible to reason with a two year old in a tantrum! I look forward to all of your future videos!
What a journey is has been and the adventure will be the most wonderful thing for all four of you ❤️ my daughter had her twins 11 weeks early and they are fabulous thriving two year olds! Enjoy every second
Two minutes in and crying along with you in the taxi 😅 We are Soooo happy for you guys. You are going to be the most wonderful parents. Our hearts are over flowing for you. More Love … from San Diego 💕🌴💕🌴💕

Was so beautiful seeing you both holding your beautiful babies for the first time. You're amazing and been so incredibly strong. Congratulations again on the birth of your beautiful twins much love to you all
My boy was 6 weeks prem and they were absolutely amazing, they let me stay in hospital the whole time because i didnt want to go home without him, they would ring up to the ward everyrime he woke up to say hes awake and i would go down to feed him, i would get to be there everynight to bath him before bed, it was just hard being on the ward with all the other parents having their babies with then and mine being down the hall on the nicu unit but for then to find me a bed the whole time and to even put me in a room on our own the night before i took him home i will be forever grateful❤❤❤
