Yep, I'm playing this on an emulator.
More specifically I'm playing it on the Dolphin emulator, an emulator which allows you to play Wii (and GameCube) games.
You don't get all of the games right from the start, though, you have to download them.
If you're wondering where or how you can download these, I suggest looking up a tutorial on how to do so, since I'm not really the best at explaining these types of things over text-
